Formosa Street Food & Bar 福爾摩沙居酒屋

One of the most likeable food I've eaten in a very long time since divorcing my Korean wife of 30 years. I loved her food she was raised eating and cooking that I went from around 200 lbs when we met to a very large 430 lbs at which in 2004 I had gastric bypass surgery that did knock the lbs off at which I'm under 200 lbs again but it almost killed me and I wouldn't do it if I had known what I had to go through and what I lost. Sorry to get sidetracked but the food is some of the best in OKC and you will be doing yourself a huge favor in going to try it out.

Fast and friendly service. My husband & I tried the pan fried soup dumplings, basil popcorn chicken and the beef meat sauce noodles. Everything was delicious. Would definitely go back.

delicious! I had the bento box with chicken and the chicken pot stickers! Everything was good except the tempura bites but I don't like fish or fishy tasting food. I'll be back!

In July 2024, I was introduced to Formosa by a couple of co-workers. Almost a year later it has become a staple in my routine. Not only are the late kitchen hours convenient, but the food is always superb. Whether its take-out or sit in, the owner is always there with a huge smile. Not only is he incredibly hard working, his staff are also 10/10. I wouldn't want to be a regular at any other place. Formosa deserves the hype they recieve! If you havent tried it, you're missing out! ❤️

Great appetizer size plates to share between friends and family. I ate too fast I forgot to take picture of the most of the food. My favorite was the Taiwanese basil popcorn chicken, chicken dumpling and the fried calamari. If you like authentic Taiwanese milk tea, you might like it here, however I prefer mine to be sweeter.

YUM! first time here and tried the spicy cold noodles and shrimp dumplings, ate them too fast to get a picture. Delicious vietnamese tea too. Lovely and friendly staff. I will definitely be back often.

Such fresh and delicious food! Three items—gyoza, popcorn chicken, and noodles—was the perfect amount for two people. The staff is so friendly and the service was super fast!
