Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Better not ask for a burger with only meat and cheese because they aren't smart enough to do something that simple. Glad I sat in drive thru for 10 minutes to get all the way home to a burger covered in mustard. Absolutely unacceptable.

Ordered two #1s I believe which are double pattied hamburgers, through drive through. We ordered them without cheese and onions along with a Dr Pepper and a sprite. The lady taking our order was mumbling so it was hard to hear but she repeated our order back to us with mention of a cherry Dr Pepper. When we received our drinks one ended up being a Cherry Dr Pepper which was way too sweet so we asked the lady if it was cherry as just a convo starter to get a different drink and she told us they don’t even have cherry Dr Pepper before handing the food bag out and not letting us continue talking about the drink. Both burgers ended up only having meat, bun, mustard, and pickles and one of the burgers was only a single patty. The drinks weren’t great and the burgers were bad along with the service, but at least the fries were good despite being a little cold.

Went to this location last night. Waited in drive-thru for about 10minutes. Got home, took a bite into my burger, and there was no meat…. The fries were good at least. Please check to make sure meat is in the burger before sending an order off. I’d rather not pay for a meatless burger.

They close the one closest to me permanently for no reason so I didn't get to go and went somewhere else and was also dissatisfied but that's another post
