Amazing service and amazing staff, we were greeted and taken care of immediately as we went to the register. We were indecisive on what side we wanted to add and the cashier was patient and gave us good advice, as well as laying out all the options we had. This was the 2nd time in a week we had been to this location and had amazing service. The new GM is doing a great job at keeping the place clean and inviting. This is the only Freddy’s location where we have received such exceptional service. Props to every employee at this location, you now have 2 very loyal customers.

Decent staff however I'm giving the service and food 1 star due to them getting my order wrong every time I've ordered here. They also are careless in how they handle the food and just throw it in the container in a mess without caring about the quality. Really disappointing because all of the other locations are good with amazing staff and service.

Staff didn't even notice when I walked in after waiting got my burger when I opened the to go packaging the burger wasn't even fully between the bun and made a mess of the packaging

At Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers, I tried the Reese’s Royale Sundae, and it was really delicious! It was not overly sweet but the right amount. Also, it had a good amount of their Frozen Custard packed in! I felt that it was definitely worth the price. There was a good portion of the toppings as well!

So much nostalgia here

I’m sitting here in the lobby And the older lady “with grey hair” is in the kitchen, talking to the rest of the staff like they are incompetent, adding snarky remarks behind everything she’s saying. It’s disgusting. There isn’t too many customers, but a steady flow and she seems to be under a lot of pressure. Customers are upset. Also, I think she should be wearing a hair net. Her hair is flopping everywhere. There’s a difference with managing a kitchen and being rude. The employees don’t say anything back to her and are just quiet after every remark and don’t look happy to be here.

Visited here 3 days in a row on a work trip. Order was wrong each time. Beyond wrong actually, like completely incorrect. The third time I went in to ask them politely to correct it. No one apologized or anything, or tried to make it right outside of correcting the order. Not sure what changed since the last time we traveled here in September, but it has really gone downhill.
