Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

I’m sitting here in the lobby And the older lady “with grey hair” is in the kitchen, talking to the rest of the staff like they are incompetent, adding snarky remarks behind everything she’s saying. It’s disgusting. There isn’t too many customers, but a steady flow and she seems to be under a lot of pressure. Customers are upset. Also, I think she should be wearing a hair net. Her hair is flopping everywhere. There’s a difference with managing a kitchen and being rude. The employees don’t say anything back to her and are just quiet after every remark and don’t look happy to be here.

Visited here 3 days in a row on a work trip. Order was wrong each time. Beyond wrong actually, like completely incorrect. The third time I went in to ask them politely to correct it. No one apologized or anything, or tried to make it right outside of correcting the order. Not sure what changed since the last time we traveled here in September, but it has really gone downhill.

I don’t mind waiting in the drive thru but making one wait for 15 minutes just for the person in front of you to come up with a way to pay for their order is beyond ridiculous. I left with no food and no business for Freddie’s!

Terrible and slow service. Also ordered cheese curds that I paid $6 for that didn’t even fill half the cup. Called the store and the mod said that’s just how they come portioned. Just don’t waste your money.

Came with some friends from church! The staff are wonderful and we can't wait to go again

This is a good Freddy's location. I ordered the turtle sundae and had some additional items added to the sundae, my order met my expectations. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, this was a good experience.

Terrible experience, staff unfriendly. My wife ordered from the app at home and when I picked up the order they didn’t want to give it to me like I was trying to steal food or something. I felt very disrespected

Tried Freddy's for the first time today 10/19/2024 and I am grossed out, makes McDonald's seem excellent by comparison. The "steak" burger literally stank, had a smell like a dirty bathroom. The texture was some sort of mystery meat. The "shoestring" style fries better be consumed within 30 seconds of leaving to fryer or they are dried up and worthless immediately. I'm flabbergasted that a burger shop can stay in business with such low quality. Yuck.
