Food was good. They refused me a drink refill. They guilt you into tipping on the cc machine which I added 10%. Heaven forbid they spare a few ounces of diet Pepsi.
Lamontez was great. But when I received my food the person serving the food told me they were out of ketchup when there was a bottle full of ketchup right in front of us (used for the burgers). But the she said it was like, and there isn’t anything you can do about it in your face attitude. Maybe over worked.

Entire area was filthy .. we didn’t notice until after we ordered .. then they stated they were out of ketchup even though we could see ketchup behind the counter , after my husband pointed it out for the 3rd time they gave him 1! Not two .. 1!! Opened our food to find out the up charge for onion rings included 4 burnt greasy rings .. ridiculous!!!

Asked for no pickles, we’re told didn’t come with pickles yet for pickles. Also ask for a tip when I went to counter to order, picked up my own ordered when called and cleaned my own table. Why are they asking for a tip?

Stopped by for breakfast here recently, and while the food was standard fast-food fare—nothing to rave about, but it got the job done—the experience was a bit underwhelming. The staff wasn’t rude, but they also weren’t friendly. No smiles, no greetings, just a transactional vibe. It felt like they were just going through the motions to get through their shift.
The service was efficient, and my order was correct, which is always appreciated. But a little warmth or enthusiasm would’ve gone a long way in making the experience more pleasant. Overall, it’s fine for a quick bite, but don’t expect any extra effort in hospitality.

Register worker was crazy loud and got entire order wrong. Asked for plain and dry got everything and had to scrape it off. Half of the drinks were unavailable Bad Freddy experience!
Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly. She hated the mustard left after I scraped it off.
