Ordered a small dairy-free smoothie & received a smoothie with yogurt/cream. My child has a dietary restriction against dairy and now his stomach is upset. At least they were friendly.

Freshens cafe/yogurt lied and overcharged.Was told smalls was one price (4.50), but when I went to purchase the small smoothie, I was told it was almost 4$ more than what it was (8$). I asked why, and I was told the healthier ones were more expensive. So I asked for a different kind, and it was still about 2$ more expensive than what I was originally told (6$). The guy got an attitude and told me the machine doesn't lie.I already ran my card, so I just accepted the ripoff. But then the small was in a different cup and a different size than the size the guy pointed out, and it wasn't filled all the way. It was at least an inch and a half from the top.It was gross and mostly powder.My 8 year old enjoyed it for a little while, but said after a little bit it wasn't good and it was full of powder and he didn't want it.Do not recommend this place in the mall, I will not go back.

Ordered the Chix Avo Cobb salad. I enjoyed it, the outer shell was super lightweight an crispy mixed with the Cobb salad was delicious! They did a great job for me

If you are looking for a job. Don't go here she's very racist she has her favorites she calls security on you and will fire you if you ask for more hours she is care less they have roaches and they drop food and pick it up and put it back in containers they overcharge customers for there food to only give them very little portion because it's a "healthy " place but in reality she is to cheap to buy more supplies they eat the own food and make themselves plates of the ingredients that they are about to sell they charge you for forks,water ,they don't give you napkins when you ask for them they tell you there is a dispensing kiosk if you didn't order from them they will let the kale go bad and slimy that it even stinks and will put it in the smoothies they let the lemonade go bad and still sell it they let the smoothie mixes like yogurt mix go bad that it even smells like rotten milk but still use it in Jamaicain jammer and peanut butter protein please do not go they do not clean there hands they don't even put on deodorant and the employe don't even wear a work shirt he will pick his private part and not wash his hands and still take orders and handle food and give out straws they have cross contamination they don't clean right they leave the sinks dirty they don't even clean dishes right eat AT YOUR OWN RISK

Very dissatisfied. I really wanted to like this place as it is one of the only healthy options in the mall. Ordered the Chicken Avocado Cobb salad (which doesn't come with avocado, you have to pay extra). The Romain lettuce wasn't crisp and was cut small, almost shredded. And there was hardly any chicken or egg on the salad - maybe half an egg and not enough chicken bites to make up even one tender. The man at the counter was not friendly. I asked what the ingredients were in the pesto for another menu item, and he said it came prepackaged and didn't know. He didn't offer to find out either. There should be a way to look it up for customers like myself with food allergies. Overpriced and underwhelming.
THEY EAT OUT OF THE SIDES W THEIR BARE HANDS. I have seen them pick at the toppings people get on their food w their bare hands after their fingers were in their mouths on multiple occasions. That place is disgusting

The food came out quick, warm and fresh. I got the tomato basil crepe (pictured here) and it was amazing. I was back at the mall the next day to see a movie and I got the southwestern crepe and it was equally as good! I will be craving these in the future. It's a nice stop for a refreshing meal!
