It was described as high end snack food and I couldn't agree more. Great food and sharable plates too. Might be our next James Beard nominee.

Garret is my savior for cocktails and espresso martinis. Chef is magically masterful and I wish I could eat here everyday but they are only open Thursday to Sunday. The service is unsurpassed and the attention to detail in the drinks and the food is the caliber of excellence you would expect from a Michelin restaurant. These people LOVE to host friends and family with food and drink. I love coming here and I can't wait to see what is new to the menu in the spring

We arrived early for our reservation and were seated immediately. Drinks were amazing!! Well worth the price. Food was not great. Menu was very limited as they appear to be going through a restructuring based on what the server stated. Glad to say I at least tried it. We were excited to try it but left disappointed overall.

Ambiance 4/5 Great ambiance, nice for a date. Darkly lit, good music, very clean. Service 4/5 It was a slower Friday evening, but our server was very quick and attentive with us. I have no complaints. Drinks 3/5 Tasted great. I had an smoked old fashioned (don't get it) and a espresso Martini. They tasted great, honestly one of my favorite espresso martinis in town. The old fashioned itself was very good, I just wouldn't pay an extra $6 for them to smoke the glass. I couldn't smell or taste any of the smoke. They don't smoke it at the table , so there's not really a way for you to know that they even smoked it. Food 1/5 For dinner service we got the fried broccoli, the Mac and cheese queso fundido, the popcorn prawns with coconut rice, and steak frites poutine. The starters were good (honestly very average) 3/5 nothing amazing to say about either. They were cheesy they were well seasoned. But nothing you really can't make at home. The Mac and cheese queso fundido was basically craft Mac and cheese in a cast iron skillet with little crostinis. Then the fried broccoli and cheese was lightly fried, and honestly lighter than expected. There was a lack of crunch and crispness that you'd expect from a fried dish, but overall not bad Popcorn Prawns 1/5 Came out with 3 medium sized tiger prawns (or 3 large sized shrimp?) That were charred to a crisp, served with some sort of coconut curry sauce and sweet coconut rice. Honestly this dish was VERY unbalanced in flavor. All I could taste was the sweetness of the coconut and just the char/burntness on the shrimp. It was lacking any salt or savoriness to it. Which I personally found very unappetizing. But if this was the flavor they intended to build, then they really hit it on the head. The shrimp/prawn is tasted like it was good quality. But the char really made it hard to tell. Steak Frites poutine 3/5 The steak was cooked to a very nice medium rare; served with a topping of French fries, white cheese curds and a brown mushroom gravy. Overall the steak was very well cooked, nice and rosey pink in the center with a very soft texture/chew. The fries were fries, they were a bit soggy from the gravy. The only knock was the brown mushroom gravy itself; it was a bit over salted. But the flavor was not bad. Overall it was an alright dish. Nothing to rave about. Overall, my low review on the food is because honestly it's overpriced for the what you get in terms of taste. I think there's definitely potential for better. But I don't think that the menu was thought through. It's honestly very low to average food for a unreasonable price. The only saving grace in this experience was the ambiance and the drinks. So if I were to return, it would only be for the bar and maybe to try the other starters.

Small portions for a high price point. For 2 people -4 drinks, corn dog elote, salad and steak poutine. Corn dogs were flavorful. 3 half sized dogs for $17 is a little rough. Caesar salad had an odd tasting dressing. Steak was good but poutine had minimal gravy and maybe 8 curds. $140. Drinks were excellent. Service was slow and confused. I'd only go back for a drink at the speakeasy located in the back.

Quirky little restaurant. The menu was unique (odd but fun). The food quality was not quite four stars and the portions were fairly small. That would have been acceptable at a lower price point. Also, they are currently not offering wine. Overall I was kinda disappointed. Hopefully, they up their game soon.

Meh...wine had soured, fondue tasted like Velveeta, martini less than half full, another came out twice as full, out of several key ingredients and bill was completely incorrect. So...we will never go again, but do what you will.

Absolutely horrible experience. The server was speaking so quietly we couldn't understand her, which I think was part of the confusion with the kitchen. We ordered a pork rind $20 appetizer and they asked if it was okay to sub the carpaccio with steak with a $6 up charge. We said yes. The server came out and asked if we wanted gravy because it came with it. We were confused as to why we would get gravy and pork rinds? It would be soggy so we said no. Our food came out and she said well I'll let you have this gravy anyways. After eating it for a bit, I was like this seems like the Poutine dinner entree. When our checks came out, we were charged $38 and for the poutine entree. We did not order that. The manager came out and said we were charged more because we were given the dinner portion with the substitution. We did not ask for a dinner portion, we actually did not even finish our appetizer. We wanted to order an entree but the server never came back to us. (There were only 2 other tables). The manager said she could take off another $8. So I began saying "well you already swiped my card, can you undo that and reswipe?" The manager completely cut me off and said it was not her that did it, it was the server. It doesn't matter who did it, you are a team. GHST did it. It's unfortunate because I really wanted to like this place. The server and the manager have a lot of work to do. The manager was also in a yoga tshirt, leggings and slides while at work.

Excellent food concepts and execution, nice service and a general attitude of celebration over good food are the hallmarks of this wonderful restaurant.

I have seen a lot of hype about this place! Was super excited to try it! Was so disappointed. First you can’t see the website cause it has some scam block so the menu and prices on the reviews were way different.Food: my fiancé ordered the $28 dollar shrimp and got a total of 4 shrimp and half a cup of coconut rice. I ordered the $38 steak medium well. One end of steak was well done and the other medium rare. Which is pretty impressive I don’t think I have ever seen that before.Service: bar tender was great. The server was nonexistent.Atmosphere: cool looking place hope they get it together.Overall: not worth it

I came here when it opened and it was wonderful. However after my recent visit I will not be back. The food is no longer worth it. The manager they used to have was so kind and made us feel like we were at home, the waiter said he left and I think that’s one reason I haven’t heard great things about this place recently. This place had a lot of potential. It’s sad to see it go down hill again after the revamp of the owners last restaurant here.
