The cupcakes were absolutely delicious, moist, flavorful, and beautifully decorated. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the shop had such a cheerful, inviting vibe. A perfect spot for a little sweet treat or to grab desserts for any occasion! The lady at the counter was very friendly and helpful!

Cupcakes are beautiful. It smelled like something slightly soured when you open the door and the person at the counter was very lackluster on the customer service front. Driving 30 minutes to go get my husband's favorite Cupcakes on our Anniversary.....and it was overall just.....meh. He wanted vanilla Wedding cake with chocolate frosting and I asked for it but she said they cannot do that. I was so bummed.

We just left Gigis. The cupcakes are always amazing. However, the girl that helped us was not friendly at all. Going into a bakery should be a happy fun experience; yet she seemed annoyed & was unfriendly.

I went in yesterday, 8 minutes before they closed hoping to buy a cupcake for my birthday, having the worst day ever. The lady was more than welcoming and very sweet to me. She reminded that good people are still out there. The cupcakes were absolutely delicious! I definitely recommended!

There are BUGS in the food case. The case they use to store and display their cupcakes is NOT closed. I watched staff swat at a fly and then sell the cupcakes to another customer. PLEASE be careful buying cupcakes from them. I took a look at some other reviews and this is not an isolated incident.

This cupcake store has been here over 15 years.
It's pricey, obviously, but you know that before you go. ONE cupcake is about $4.45 or more... which is obviously ridiculous, but it's a boutique cupcake store. Don't go there with a large family unless you want to sell a kidney to buy cupcakes.
Rating them a 4 since they're tasty, docking 1 star since their prices are high.
They can run out of popular flavors by evening, so have a backup choice in mind. Some days have different flavors, so if you're wanting a specific flavor, see what days it will be made and go earlier in the day.
Tons of frosting on each cupcake, so much that I remove at least half the frosting. But the frosting looks cute before that so I see why it's that much.
Tasty cupcakes. Very pricey, but good.
They've asked for tips for probably 10 years, which is annoying since they're literally working at the counter. It's awkward to not tip but you can opt not to.
It's a fun, expensive treat... so 4 stars.

My order was delivered perfectly! The cupcakes were placed in a bag with tissue paper. The special touches don't go unnoticed. We ordered cheesecake and cupcakes. Everything was delicious! Perfect for special occasions.

When in doubt just go to Gigi’s and grab some cupcakes!! Fantastic choices and I don’t believe you will be disappointed! I didn’t even preorder just walked in and made my selections!
