This was my first time trying Gigi's, and it's super cute inside! And smells amazing. The cashier was really nice. I got an iced shamrock sugar cookie that was delicious! It didn't taste plasticky like a lot of those beautifully decorated cookies. I got the banana cupcake, and it was just okay for me. Kind of dry. And the buttercream was hard, which I don't love to eat. It makes the cupcakes prettier with stiff frosting, but not the best tasting. I'd definitely order cookies here though!

I went to the store when 4 mins were left to close. It was one of those days where you are just craving a cupcake. And the lady was so sweet just like the cupcake to offer one on the house when I was about to pay since they were closing anyway. It made my day! The cupcake was very tasty too!

Outstanding customer service and quality! If you haven’t tried their new pumpkin bars you need to! Wow, delicious! And the beautifully decorated floral cookies are fantastic! They are a work of art! Of course, to die for cupcakes, too! My go to place for special goodies and food gifts!

Although I have eaten cupcakes fromthis chain for years, I was disappointed by a recent experience. Service was great, but my lemon cupcake was not. It did not have a citrusy flavor at all. Not to mention the smaller sized cupcake did not measure up to the price.

Very rich and tasty cupcakes!! Personally I like the cheesecakes better. Fun spot and love picking up a box of 4 for the family after work! Dense and super sweet though. Lots of great flavors!!

Drove to Gigi's today all the way from Edmond. Says they close at 7:00 on Fridays according to Yelp. Wrong! They closed at 6:00. What a waste of time and gas!
