Parking was okay but not great. It's a hidden gem though! It was my first time. It's very posh on the inside. The meals and drinks are expensive but it was a bday celebration doubled into date night so I was spoiled and had a grand time. It's worth reserving your event and feeling exclusive and spoiled.

I booked my event months prior to end up having my 50th Birthday plans with 125 guest canceled by Glamour. The new Manager informed me they saw the date blocked but no details of the event. Then I was informed thsy double booked two weeks before the event offered me a refund or a venue of their choice that did not have the same amenities nor convenience of their location. I am out of pocket thousands of dollars I did not expect and very disappointed. I used their location on many occasions, paid for meals to decide a menu for this event to find out they no longer serve food. I have been in service for over 30 years, business owner, organize events and benefits, I have never been more upset with the lack of respect or responsibility.

I showed up as a first timer with no idea what the venue had to offer. I was greeted by a wonderful young lady named Amethyst, who took the time to show me and my husband around and all the areas of the place. The event at the time was a rave which wasn’t our scene, but she described other events that are always happening so we will definitely be back! She encouraged us to follow Glamour on Instagram so we could keep up with all the events, which she did. Amethyst was such a brand ambassador and really convinced us to come back! She seems like a keeper and exactly the type of personality and attitude you’d want in an employee

Our server Braden N. did a wonderful job! She was so sweet and even took us on a tour of the facilities. I learned a lot from her. My date and I had fun listening to Jazz music while watching the fashion show on the big screens. It's a very relaxing environment and perfect for dates! 10/10 recommend!

The vibes of the place were pretty cool and the food was amazing and the service was over the top good. Will definitely be back and will look at scheduling a fun birthday event there some time soon.

Chose this location to celebrate a soon to be bride, the place was beautiful and the vibe was great, but was oddly empty.... We had made reservations and we were the ONLY people there on a Saturday night. When we first got there we thought it was closed because there was NO ONE THERE. The food was expensive and tasted like a frozen dinner. We ordered drinks and our waitress said she was the one who made them and it was her first time ever making alcoholic beverages.... Just a very bizarre and disappointing experience to say the least. Wouldn't be surprised if this place is on the verge of closure.

Service very slow. Made my husband's drink wrong. We requested the correct drink. Got our check and they charged us both for my husband's drink and the incorrect one we returned. It took a long time to get our check corrected.

Great location. Large open space, with beautiful trendy black,pink and gold textiles. Very loud- large open with hard surface flooring. This space needs acoustic panels placed throughout to break up these surfaces and soak up echo, reverberation. Panels inserted/hidden behind the “art” might help cut the noise level.
So many televisions, it felt like the Glamours theme got lost in a sports bar? Service was okay, far from personal and attentive. We came for dinner but had drinks and an appetizer then left. Wasn’t busy, drinks were slow to arrive. Crab dip was great. Menu looks great- it’s pricey which is okay if the quality of food is equal to price.
Sweet place to hang out with friends not so great for an intimate date.

I went to brunch today with a couple of my friends. The food was okay. My biggest concern would definitely be the service. The server that we had was pretty bad. I don’t like to put names on reviews at all. I don’t find it to be very professional. Her curly ponytail made me nervous that hair was going to fall on top of my food. Her attitude was also not very pleasant at all.

Waitress was not very personable. Rarely saw her, and asking for anything seemed like a chore. Regular brunch menu was unavailable. Cinco de Mayo menu was only available, and the food was sub par. Absolutely do not recommend wasting the money.

Had to order strictly off of the cinco de mayo menu, while also given a regular brunch menu (not everyone drinks). If you choose to be picky, then update your menu’s accordingly.

Food was mediocre at best, and wasn’t worth the price. And to top it off, our server had the personality of a wet, stale cardboard box. Ridiculous.
