Worst service ever at drive thru. Was Short the right amount of wings, guy was rude, food was cold, and side was incorrect. When I made him aware of it, he didn't care. He replied he was ready to go home. I explained I just wanted my money's worth. He then threw a chicken nugget in my box and dumped the okra from my plate. This is unacceptable. When is corporate going to do something about the golden chicks that are below average in service? Something must be done soon!! It's unbelievable how much they are getting away with!?

On December 13th we went around 2:50 pm. The guy in the window was patient, kind, and funny. The food was steaming hot and the sweet tea was perfect! I live 2 hours away but will be back to this location anytime in the city. This is some of the best customer service I have ever received .Very pleased with my experience!
