Waited over 40 minutes for some chicken completely disrupted my schedule I was guaranteed to pick up time when I got there it wasn't even cook yet then I was told another 13 minutes, then they sold my food up like I was a doordasher but I was a paying customer I didn't get any of the sauces that I asked for they packed my rolls and my chicken box when they should have put it separately so now they're just soaked in oil. My kids really like Golden Chicken but I don't know if I can handle this much incompetence and I felt like I was treated like a non-customer didn't get any of my sauces they didn't even apologize for it being 30 minutes longer than what I was told, don't know if I want to give them another chance specially with the price of the chicken you think you would get talked to your service but apparently not.

Apparently y’all don’t understand English. When I ask for a spicy six piece tender with fries and a side of macaroni, That’s exactly what I want. That doesn’t mean, give me an original chicken, tender with only one side of french fries. Trash.
