ordered a three piece roasted chicken. the pieces were very small and the wing and leg were dry. I'm doubtful if I will return to spend 14 bucks a pop.

Chicken strips are little and dry. Good mashed potatoes, but way over priced for the quality of food. Went through the drive thru and it seemed dirty.

Since I only get thirty minutes for lunch, I usually like to somewhere close by to get lunch.Golden chick is close to my job, I can usually get my food quickly and the food is usually pretty good. My problem is the last 3 times I've went, my order has been wrong. I always get the same thing. Roasted chicken and mashed potatoes with NO GRAVY and every time I end up with gravy. I don't notice it until I am back at work sitting down to eat and don't have time to go back to have them fix it. Maybe it's my fault for not checking it before I drive off, but I think with such an easy order, I shouldn't have to. So essentially I am paying 10+ dollars for two pieces of chicken and a drink. I love Golden chick but it's not worth the hassle.

It's fast food chicken at its best. This location always gets my order right, food is always fresh and hot. I like to order original, then ask for the spicy seasoning packet on the side. This way I can only blame myself, if I over season it and burn myself up. Also gravy for dipping is kind of magical.

Just pulled up to the drive thru at 7:35pm ,on FRIDAY 6/13, with a car full of hungry kids only to be told “I’m not taking anymore orders right now.” Nice. Off to chicken express I guess.

We have been going to the location for years but I won’t go back. I will drive further to go to a different location from now on. Our order is wrong more than it is right. I had knee surgery and ordered delivery and they messed my order up so bad. I called and after almost an hour of the phone ringing someone answered and said the only way they could help was if I brought the food up there. Well they wasn’t going to happen because I couldn’t drive, that’s why I ordered delivery. I asked if they could make it right the next time I was able to get a ride and they said no, I had to call corporate. That didn’t help at all. The last time we went up there I had ordered on the app, because that is the only way to order the Box Bundle. I ordered right at 9pm and immediately drove up there. When I got there they said they didn’t have my order, money had been taken out of my account though. I asked the worker if he could call his manager or the franchise owner. He called his manager and had her on speaker phone. After I gave them my order number she was very rude and said the order had been refunded and I should not ever order on the app after 9pm because they won’t get the order. I’m not sure how I was supposed to know that because the app allows you to order after 9. My email had a time stamp of exactly 9pm. I asked if they could let me pay for the box bundle there, generally it is only available to order on the app, since they couldn’t give me my order from the app. Not sure how she knew it was refunded if they didn’t receive it, though. The manager, still on speaker phone, said very rudely that she would let me order the box bundle for from the app in store “as a one time courtesy.” I was surprised at how rude she was when their system was the thing that messed up, not me. I also asked if I could have her name and/or phone number since she said she had refunded my order and she yelled that I didn’t need that information. So over $80 later since I had to pay twice I did get my food and I did finally get a refund 5 days later. I never once got an apology or anything.

Used to be good 5 years ago,what happened?This pl.is either out of chicken late or just locks the doors early at nite,multi times.We started going to KFC up on western,they open till 1030 or 11pm n chickens good.in over this location n won't be back.
