Got a six piece tenders, okra for my side. Added a piece of catfish. The tenders were cooked to perfection. Crispy and tender, added the spicy salt and dipped in ranch. The okra was good. Fresher would have been better. It's 320pm in the afternoon. So sometimes this happens. Catfish was very good.
Vanessa was the person who helped me. She was attentive and made my order exactly as I asked her to. She deserves a raise. I recommend you try this one Not perfect, but definitely good.

Iāve been here quite a lot now and thereās only one guy a like there. I donāt know his name but heās such a nice guy and always gets my order right! When heās not there itās almost everytime they get my order wrong! Today i went to get the kids something i always get the original tenders but today they gave me spicy ones and before getting my food the lady their said āeveryone wants to come at the same timeā in such an irritated and rude tone. Thatās unprofessional and just seems like she doesnāt wanna be there at all so why be there? This isnāt the first time theyāve gotten my order wrong but when itās for me iām fine with spicy but for my kids they donāt like it. I went to tell her about it and when i did she just said āIāll fix itā in an irritated tone! She took the whole bag back! Thatās totally unprofessional and disgusting! Iām pretty sure i got the same bag and same plate back with just the tenders switched out! They should really do better itās good take out food.

Since I only get thirty minutes for lunch, I usually like to somewhere close by to get lunch.Golden chick is close to my job, I can usually get my food quickly and the food is usually pretty good. My problem is the last 3 times I've went, my order has been wrong. I always get the same thing. Roasted chicken and mashed potatoes with NO GRAVY and every time I end up with gravy. I don't notice it until I am back at work sitting down to eat and don't have time to go back to have them fix it. Maybe it's my fault for not checking it before I drive off, but I think with such an easy order, I shouldn't have to. So essentially I am paying 10+ dollars for two pieces of chicken and a drink. I love Golden chick but it's not worth the hassle.
