Very good chicken strips, sides and delicious rolls. We had the food delivered by DoorDash. Golden Chick sealed the bag closed! I loved that the food was protected as it was delivered.

Second time I drove to this location, first time it was not closing time, waited at drive through and after no help I drove away, and saw the whole drew in the kitchen area laughing. Today I drip by at 330pm, and no one answered the drive through again, and when I was driving away I saw the employee in the lobby sleeping on the booth. Appeared to be only him at the store.

I decided to stop in between jobs at this location for the 1st time and what a mistake I made. First I sat in the drive-thru for 2-3 minutes in silence because no one greeted me. Then after my order: 13pcs lucky Deal spicy + 3 zing sauces 3pcs original combo w/ fries and raspberry lemon + lots of honey and butter.
I was instructed to drive forward when I got to the cashier window a young black girl immediately started to yawn on my face not using any other word she repeated everything I ordered which matched my description above. Another mid-20s black young man walked behind her looking into my car without a hair net because he has long dreadlocked hair.
My total was over $31.xx and received my order no a “thank you” nor a “have a nice day/life!”. Immediately when I arrived at my destination 5mins the order I received was: 13 regular chicken fingers pcs a large side of white gravy + 3 tiny pcs of chicken.
What a disgraceful and dissatisfying 1st time going to this Golden Chicken spending all this money to receive a 0-star Customer Service from those employees.

We ordered two 3 piece tenders with double green beans. The chichen was hard and not edible on one meal and the bread was crunchy as it had been left out too long. We were unable to bring the meal back immediately as I did not have a sitter for my immobile parent who did get to eat his favorite meal. We brought the meal back the next day. Shane, the manager on duty refused to replace the one meal stating we were outside of the return window by 2hrs. 1st) no care was given to see if the meat/ bread was bad. (Of which I believe is the actual problem) 2nd). Our time and money was not respected
Lastly my dad really likes the food and requests it often. I am disappointed that Shane felt the need to be a stickler on policy and not safety, quality, service or integrity!

Have only been there once on a door dash. I was picking up a $20 order to take to a customer. It felt like 100°+ outside and i had no money (hence the reason why I was dashing) usually fast food places don't mind hooking up their dashers with a drink cup but the one in charge of this store at the time tried charging me .54!?! Like really bro, what's it like to take your job so seriously that you lost your soul? 🤷🏻♂️ most deff going to be declining any offers from that establishment in the future with doordash! Oh the rest of the staff was great ! Very friendly !
The wing from a 2 piece meal was dry and had feathers in it. The tenders were just OK. The dirty rice had a lot of pepper in it. My wife liked the rolls the best.

Every time I go. Something is messed up. Then when you call to tell them they want you to waste your gas driving back up there. Customer service has truly gone down the drain in most places

Honestly, one of the worst fast food resteraunts I've ever chose to eat at. The prices are terribly high for such small, dry chicken. Half of the tenders I received I couldnt even eat because of how long they were cooked. The staff here are terrible at taking the correct orders and get frustrated at the customer's for the staff getting it wrong. I ordered mashed potatoes and gravy. Recevied mac and cheese and the staff got audibly frustrated when I told them it was incorrect. They then scooped the mac and cheese off the plate and put the mashed potatoes where the cheese was and tried serving it to me, without putting it on a new plate. They're probably getting the orders wrong because the staff cant stop yelling and arguing with eachother when guests are trying to order. Most dysfunctional fast food experience ive ever had. Terrible service and food all around. Dont waste your money or time here.

2 guys in the restaurant at the time of dining it. Employees were friendly, very helpful, food tasted awesome and was hot especially the fries that I usually ask for fresh. Restaurant was clean! Overall an awesome location and team, keep up the awesome work!!
