The wing from a 2 piece meal was dry and had feathers in it. The tenders were just OK. The dirty rice had a lot of pepper in it. My wife liked the rolls the best.

Every time I go. Something is messed up. Then when you call to tell them they want you to waste your gas driving back up there. Customer service has truly gone down the drain in most places

Honestly, one of the worst fast food resteraunts I've ever chose to eat at. The prices are terribly high for such small, dry chicken. Half of the tenders I received I couldnt even eat because of how long they were cooked. The staff here are terrible at taking the correct orders and get frustrated at the customer's for the staff getting it wrong. I ordered mashed potatoes and gravy. Recevied mac and cheese and the staff got audibly frustrated when I told them it was incorrect. They then scooped the mac and cheese off the plate and put the mashed potatoes where the cheese was and tried serving it to me, without putting it on a new plate. They're probably getting the orders wrong because the staff cant stop yelling and arguing with eachother when guests are trying to order. Most dysfunctional fast food experience ive ever had. Terrible service and food all around. Dont waste your money or time here.

2 guys in the restaurant at the time of dining it. Employees were friendly, very helpful, food tasted awesome and was hot especially the fries that I usually ask for fresh. Restaurant was clean! Overall an awesome location and team, keep up the awesome work!!

Inconsistent “imaginethat” Days
My husband loves chicken, and tried Golden Chick a month ago when I bought chicken at a Golden Chick by misunderstanding, but when I went to this location last night after work to by him some it was terrible. I asked for fresh chicken and said I had no problem waiting for it. They said they just pulled it up , that was a lie, the 3 pc meal I bought for my husband was anything but fresh. It was stale like it had been sitting for a long time and the dinner roll was stiff and stale as well even the mashed potatoes and gravy tasted bad. I wasted over 13 dollars on food they lied to me about being fresh and probably pulled out of the trash. The service was friendly but the food was awful. Please do not lie to customers. When they are paying and say they will wait don't lie to them then give them old food. I will not go back to Golden Chick.

I think Golden Chick is consistently one of the top two chicken places in OKC. Mainly because they still put seasoning on their chicken. So many places you just get fried flour and chicken.

I STILL had an issue though🤦🏽. I didn't get one of the sides that I ordered... Thankfully, I checked my bag before I drove too far away and I went back. So frustrating when you get home and things aren't right!

I generally like Golden Chick but this one is only ok. I find the chicken tends to be greasier than another location I visit, and consistently less freshly fried- the okra too. I wouldn't say it's bad, I think their Mac and cheese is generally cheesier than other locations.
