Great customer service! The girl with the glasses helped me when I had questions on different flavors. She was super sweet and helpful I would recommended the brown sugar boba milkshake! The workers informed me im able to take drinks into the AMC, so I got to enjoy it with my movie! Definitely coming back to this location

The customer service was very poor, whoever was working this night was very rude and even walked into the store after us when we walked into it empty. When we left we had forgotten our belonging inside the store and called the store twice but there was no answer. We had to go back to the store but the door was locked 30 minutes before it was even closing time. Even while knocking on the door, we had to wait at least 5 minutes for her to open it, but even then she was behaving very poorly towards us. She was also behaving as if she was trying to rush us when she was taking our orders. I will not be returning to this location.

The customer service was awful. Tonight, there was not a worker until after I walked in. She was very rude when taking my order and was being disrespectful. I ended up leaving my bag in the store, and called twice but no one answered. As I came back, the door was locked even though there were 30 minutes left before closing. The moment she finally opened the door, she didn't acknowledge us at all, but kept staring and judging us.

I am a regular customer here and i will say they have never done me wrong! My brother has been in the hospital and we have been trying to find food and drink places, and we found this one. Im so glad we did! The baristas working there are so lovely and sweet, they handle customers well and accordingly, they have never given us a bad drink ever! Would recommend heavily.

This was our first visit. Customer service was extremely poor. We were not greeted or acknowledged upon entering the establishment. There was only one employee working and she was engaged in a phone conversation the entire time we were there. We didn’t want to be rude and waited for her to get off the phone but she never did. After several minutes of waiting she rudely said, “Order when you want!” I proceeded to order because of my son or else I would have left. I ordered drinks and waffles but was told the waffles were no longer available. If that’s the case, why would you still have it advertised inside your store?!?! Our drinks were decent but due to the unprofessional behavior we will not return.
I placed a DoorDash order 1 HOUR before close. Didn’t realize that they were so eager to close early and they didn’t even properly cancel my order, I had to wait and the DASHER had to remedy the situation.

My partner and I stopped in and immediately fell on love with the decor! Such a fun and inviting space. We got the Pumpkin Pie Milk Tea and a Thai Tea Latte! They were wonderful! Great price and flavor! My only qualm was that there was only one employee working, she was amazing and efficient but get her some help! Overall loved the place and will be back!
