The Tori Paitan ramen was next-level delicious—the kind of broth that makes you question every other bowl of ramen you’ve ever had. I’m talking rich, flavorful, drink-it-straight amazing. And this is coming from someone who would normally write love letters to Brussels sprouts (my favorite veggie ever). As good as they were—and they were crispy, savory perfection—the ramen still stole the show. I’ll 100% make the 1 hour and 20-minute drive just to relive this flavor...

This was only my second time eating here last time was over two years ago and it was still on my mind! My son absolutely loved his Ramen and had to steal my egg. The spicy miso is simply amazing with the flavor and texture, meatballs cooked perfectly. You will not leave hungry cab not wait to try more next time I am in OKC
