Very nice people, decent food. But the floors didn't want me to leave. They were very sticky. This is the 4th time I've been to this location over a 2 month period and the floors have been the same the whole time. Please fix them

My family was served RAW chicken with zero sides. We did not notice our food was raw and half missing until we made it home. When we called the restaurant we were told to come back next business day to get a refund by someone named Jasper. Well, when we went to get our refund we were told no and they would not do anything about the situation.

Food took forever. Staff was friendly but unmotivated. Restaurant looks like it has a major HVAC issue, there is mold around the AC vents. Food was tasty at least.

Today is Tuesday evening there chicken steak special and chicken nuggets I come along on these day but this evening was the best in along tune food was so good chicken wasn't even hard like it normally is Trevill Fuller ZinHikl and James was the employee they was amazing service was also better then normal .
Need to clean the table and chairs and pick up trash and clean up bathroom and fixed their soda machine

I went through the drive-thru ordered a 10-piece chicken with biscuits The lady working the window said it'd be 9 minutes is that okay I said yes she asked me to pull up front and said they would bring it out. I sat out front for 15 to 20 minutes I walk back inside got ticket was still sitting or hanging there the female turned and saw me standing inside That's when she gave the ticket to another employee and asked her to get it ready for me to pick up. To me it's a very poor service when they tell you we'll bring it out and they forget about you sitting outside waiting for your food. Then after I got to the house the chicken was overcooked and dry and had tasted very bland I will never go back would not recommend this grandy's to anybody.
