I ordered two cookie cakes for my son's birthday 5 days in advance. I received a call from the manager after placing the order online to confirm I meant to order 2. I appreciated the confirmation. I arrived on a Friday at 11:30 (the scheduled pickup time), and no one could find my order and the cakes were not ready. After looking for 5 minutes they found the order and apologized that they were not ready. They asked me to come back later. I told them I was headed to the birthday lunch now, so I needed at least one. They hurried to put it together, and it looked awful and could not even read the writing. I was told that I would not be charged, which I appreciated. I let them know I would be back at 2:30 to pick up the second cake. When I went back the cake was ready, I went to pay with my card, and the machine froze, they told me they were so sorry for the inconvenience again. And that my card was not charged, and this one would be on the house too. The next day I got a notification from my card, that there was a charge at this store. I called them, and they said they were so sorry, they would refund the amount. It is 6 weeks later, I have called multiple times. One time, I was told that they were sorry, they will process the refund, the next time they said they would have the manager call me. I still have not received a response.

I ordered my daughter a cookie cake last week and paid for it I went to pick it up yesterday and it wasn’t even ready! Everyone standing around looking dumb eating and on their phones! They had to call a manager which I called today and no one picked up then she asked me when I needed it? TODAY OBVIOUSLY which was my daughter’s sweet 16th birthday! The cake was rushed and looked a hot mess!! Didn’t even say what we ordered on it!! Terrible customer service!
