I always grab a M&M Double Doozie, just can’t walk by without grabbing one. The icing is always fluffy and perfectly sweet. I stick to what I know is good so I haven’t tried anything else!
I couldn't tell you if their cookies were good or not. I stopped by at 3pm on Monday.
First off, their cookie selection was minimal. The person behind the counter was trying his best to make more.
The reason I didn't buy any is because I was told they weren't accepting cash. The one time I have cash and not a credit card I'm not able to buy anything.
Oh well, I'll just buy a roll of cookie dough and make my own for 1/4 the price.
I will say that I generally love cookies from this company!
I ordered a custom cake and asked for a board game theme with suggestions such as dice, cards, coins, or tokens, and this was the result 😂 I paid $50 for this!! The staff were so sweet and I was running late so I didn't look that hard at it. It's so bad that it's hilarious and my friends and I have had great fun trying to guess what the heck the blobs are. The cake tasted okay, but honestly about the same as any grocery store cookie cake. Just massive. Probably not returning here to save money on future cookie cakes, but I will forever remember this "board game" cookie cake 😂😂😂

I have always wanted one of these cookie cakes ever since I was a kid, and my dad used to work here at Penn Square. Although now an adult, my mom drove in from Muskogee and met me here to order one for my birthday to fill full a childhood request. The cake I ordered was incorrectly made. When I brought this to their attention, the young attend, Bella rolled her eyes a number of times at her own mistake that she'd have to "step up" (in the managers words) and stay late to fix her error. Since they had already technically closed and miss Bella used profanity to express how much she did not want to correct her mistake, we settled on a refund and a few cookies that were made the way the cake should have been. Instead of that taking place, we received a call from the manager who defended the poor behavior of the individual who used profanity towards us and made my birthday cake wrong. We only got a partial refund and an argument that will not be forgotten with the manager. I will not be returning, whereas I would have been a recurring customer for 4 kids for birthdays to come. If you value your time, energy & money do not come.

I will 100% never do business with this store ever again. The worker who claimed to be a manager, was probably the rudest human being that I have encountered in a long time. I was there in between 2-3 PM on June 25th, this individual who claimed to be the manager was VERY rude.

They said 8.68 for the 2 cookie and med Coke combo. I was going to go ahead and take the hit at that ridiculous price. Then I saw a fly moving about in the case and said forget it. As I'm on my phone reviewing another customer walks up and orders the same thing. Then they told her she could leave a tip if she wanted to as they handed over the tablet. I saw her hit custom/$1.00. When she handed it back, he just said "Have a nice evening" Very unprofessional. Even if she gave 2 cents or no tip a "thank you" should always be in order. Horrible what has become of the OKC community standards.

Took my daughter to get a cookie yesterday after visiting the Blue Zoo. After paying for our cookies, the staff member asked us to stay for a second and ran back into the back. He came back carrying 2 stuffed animals and asked her to pick out one as a gift, it was such a sweet, unexpected gesture and was a lovely way to end a wonderful day. I did not catch his name, but thank you for making our visit special

Shout out to the ladies for my daughter’s custom cookie cake. We drove over an hour for it and were absolutely impressed, considering I ordered over the phone.. They completely exceeded our expectations

Great cookies. Employee not always actives.
If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Ebony provided the BEST customer service I have come across. She was patient and followed up to make sure I received my credit.

This location has gone down hill ever since they starting pressuring customers to give them a 18-20% tip just for buying a cookie. I no longer purchase their food, and I used to buy a lot of cookies and double doozies from them. Also, their employees have an attitude problem. They act like they can't stand their job or helping people, but then expect that tip. The food industry is not what it used to be.
Great cookies and setup
