We recently spent the weekend at the property. Had a great experience overall. The staff was very friendly and helpful from the front desk to the breakfast area to the bar. They do charge for their breakfast- $11.99. Hotel price was fair too. We would definitely stay there again!
One of the best nights that I had in the world. Friendly and nice hosters! , the breakfast was so delicious!…. Complete recommend…. My congratulations to the chef!!! ( regret in my time I was de unique that I Enjoy a good served breakfast!)
Meye Chef goes above and beyond. Awesome food topped off with a stellar personality. We are from south Mississippi, and this will be our go to spot when we are passing through ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Nobody smoke at the room and couple days later charged 250 for smoking fee.when I call to speak to the manager to confirm that day nobody smoke, and how they know that someone smoked in the room?was telled by smell.
everything is great everyone is cordial very respectful and the rooms are amazing!! very clean I didn't want to get up from my bed. I had a pleasant night. I recommend 100% to stay here
Bed bugs in our room. The Lady at front counter refused to move us or refund me so we could find a new hotel. Pool area was dirty with trash and used towels the next morning when we went to use it. Worst hotel experience ever.
The staff is poor. Toilet issues reported on first night of stay and no one resolved the issue. Next day staff assigned us to another room which was dirty and never cleaned. Front desk clerked discussed her hair business and asked us to follow her on Instagram. People sleeping in the lobby on couches and in chairs at 4am, definitely a customer safety concern. Was told we would receive a discounted rate for our poor experience and was charged full price at checkout. Staff very unprofessional.
For a hotwl of this stature & location, I’d just expect the accommodations to be better & service more up to par. Although it looked nice. I’ve had better service at a motel 8. I’m sure things could be better & things happen, but I’d have to pass on choosing this hotel again, if I have other options
No clean towels, no towels at pool, remote batteries blew up and burned my fingers. No restaurant or bar as advertised. Spa was Luke warm. Didn’t clean room in between nights. Front desk was nice but their hands are tied
My daughter and I were on a five day road trip and booked at 4 different Hilton properties. As a family member of Hilton employees I have always been proud of the great amenities, service and attention to detail. When we first arrived, there was no one around. We called around and went to the office door. It seems the poor front desk guy was the only one there and he was elsewhere in the building. While waiting, the sun was shining in the big window by the front desk and I could not help but notice it was filthy. Got our room and were astounded how dirty the rugs were through out. Tracks and spots everywhere and some stretching which could cause a fall. Our room was ok though the bed did not feel like a usual great Hilton bed. The next morning shower time the temperature of the water was dangerously hot and could not be turned down. We did advise the front desk of this. I must say this was my first disappointment with a Hilton stay.

I had a very good experience in my stay at this property beginning with my initial call to Jessika to see if an immediate and very early check-in was possible. She was willing and able to accommodate this request as well my additional preferences for highest floor, room location on the hallway and facing direction. The maintenance man was timely and attentive to a request to look at some issues in the room. The room was clean and comfortable, even though a bit worn, but renovations may be coming to the rooms. Renovations are currently underway in the lobby, sitting and restaurant areas, with new furniture being unloaded from a moving truck and set up during my stay. This Hilton property is continuing with some covid safety measures that have since been discontinued at other properties where I have stayed recently. This hotel continues to have the seal on the room doors to ensure that no one has entered since Housekeeping has prepared the room and also had a wrapper around the tv remote control. They are not quite back to offering a hot breakfast, but do have a cold breakfast with several options to chose from. The parking lot was very well lit, especially in contrast to the parking lot of the Oyo hotel next door. Great customer service. Good stay. Likely to stay again.
Just left after an excellent 4 night stay. As a Hilton Diamond member I can truly say that this property is being managed well. There were some concerns with some extremely rude front desk agents that the manager himself addressed immediately. He made all of negative experiences positive and they will keep me as a customer. On the other side, the hotel is well maintained and very clean. Housekeeping does a great job. They are in the middle of an upgrade to meet the new garden inn standards and decor and I am sure this will make the hotel even better. No concerns at all with any of the hotel services or cleanliness.
As a regular guest at various Hilton hotels, I have come to expect certain things, and while this particular Garden Inn did meet most expectations, there were some others that were not met. I stayed at this hotel recently with my partner for a fun/relaxing weekend in OKC, and to attend a friend's housewarming party. Upon arrival, which was pretty late at night (after 9:30), the front desk clerk was incredibly friendly and helpful. Since I used the mobile check-in feature, we simply needed an extra room key which was quickly provided. When we got to our room however, the thermostat was set to 81...EIGHTY ONE...in the middle of summer, in Central Oklahoma. My partner immediately turned down the thermostat to a comfortable temperature, but seeing as the HVAC unit doesn't work quickly, it took a long time for the room/suite to cool down. In fact, by the time we left again around 11:00 to go see some friends, the room had only cooled down to around 79 degrees. Thankfully, by the time we returned around 2:45, it had gotten down to a slightly more comfortable 74 (but still much warmer than what we're used to at home). On the plus side, the room was clean and well appointed. There were plenty of towels and pillows, and everything seemed to be in order that way. The next morning, I was disappointed to learn that the hotel is temporarily not able to provide a full menu of breakfast options. We were looking forward to a hot breakfast...eggs, bacon, waffles, etc...that most Garden Inns provide, but because of ongoing remodels, the kitchen is mostly closed. My partner and I did checkout the gym area and the pool (though we didn't swim), and everything seemed to be well kept and clean. The gym equipment was nearly brand new and quite fancy, so kudos for that. All that said, I would stay here again...but ONLY once the remodel is complete, they start offering full breakfast again, and if they improve the air flow in their guest rooms. The staff was definitely friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and smelled good. But as someone who has slept on park benches and used leaves for toilet paper in the past, I really don't require much. :)
