Great Wall Chinese Restaurant

I paid $10 for chicken chow mein and they just gave me cabbage. Never again! Absolute rip off avoid at all costs

These people are not honest !! I went in to make an order to go 2 days ago to ask questions before I ordered so there were no mistakes, I order a large dinner and asked if an eggroll came with it she said yes, I said ok then ordered 2 more on the side telling her I need 3. I paid in total 25 dollars, went home to find no egg roll with my dinner. I called them and a different person answered and I asked him if the large dinner comes with an egg roll he replied yes, I told him I didnt get one with my dinner and said I would drive back up there. When I got back there he said no that the large dinner does not come with an egg roll but the small dinner does, I said I pay more for a large for that but pay less and one is included ? He said I can give you one i have ready, i said are you going to charge me cuz I didnt bring my card and he said yes you have to pay for it. Paying for it is not the point but being lied to twice and 2 trips there is the point then not saying sorry or trying to make it right is BAD BUSINESS PERIOD !! GOOD FOOD DOES NOT MAKE UP FOR BEING SHADY AND LYING AND CHARGING MORE MONEY....BEWARE THEY LIE RIGHT TO YOUR FACE !!

All the food was bland or it just tasted weird. The person whi answered yhe phone was so sweet but i can't say it was worth the $30 Im sorry but not sorry

They don't know how to take criticism at all when a customer call in to complain they get an attitude with you as if you don't know what you're talking about they want to talk about every other customer that has came in for the day and gets mad when there's a customer or two calling in to make a complaint. The Sun that works in there acts like a girl his attitude is the worst one of them all he starts yelling and getting nasty with the customer for no reason when the customer has not did that to him then when you ask to speak to someone else all you hear is him the son in the background acting and yelling like a girl.

Fried rice is a pretty good indication of a Chinese food restaurant’s quality: if they screw up fried rice then what can you expect from the rest of the menu?

So the pork fried rice was dry and flavorless. Worst of all the pork in the fried rice tasted like freezer burn. Obviously using old pork that could have been in a freezer for weeks or months…years. Who knows?

There is much better Chinese food in OKC I suggest going anywhere but here.

Too cheap to include silverware ? Auto one star.

Anything chicken is just fried flour. No chicken, almost. Hard, poor tasting. This food has upset my stomach.

Food quality going down fast. Fried chicken mostly small pieces of fried flour. All stuck together is a big ball. Poor flavor and taste. Little chicken, and the chicken was dry and hard. I won’t be returning.
