I had the barbecue brisket nachos and they were absolutely delicious. I was riding down the freeway spilling cheese and barbecue sauce all on my clothes...lol. The building itself was beautiful and clean!!! It was two young ladies working the counter... The short one act like she had a bad day that day but I was worried about it I understood that everyday can't be the best. What are the dinette Hanks is the bomb 💣💥

Had brisket sandwiches with fried okra, menu doesn't mention but fries or okra come with the sandwiches. Smoke taste from the first bite and the okra was tender. Will be returning to try the stuffed turkey legs. Fast and friendly service topped the visit.

My fiance and I went to Hanks for dinner tonight and when I tell you that it is a spiritual experience eating the food that the wonderful chefs make, I’m not joking. The smoked wings were falling off the bone as I was trying to pick them up, and they were beautifully coated in some of the best sauce I’ve ever tried. The spicy honey lemon pepper will change your life. I’m sure we looked like cavemen sitting at that booth just going after that plate, but we didn’t mind because the atmosphere, the music, the vibe, the service just everything was amazing. If your looking to find god in a chicken wing, visit Hanks.

Great place easy to find but the stuff Turkey legs was a disappointment, maybe bc it wasn’t greasy I have no idea but wasn’t really liking the stuffed turkey legs
The cooks were not wearing any gloves or hairnets. I found a hair in my food.

We had the fried catfish, and chicken Alfred, both were amazing!! It was a longer wait then usual because they had a very large order in front of ours, but that just means the business was gd so I don’t mind waiting. Everything came out fresh!
