Hatch offers a variety of breakfast options, including the popular Denver Omelette and Cheeseburger. The smoked beef burrito with green chili sauce is a must-try, and the avocado toast and biscuit with gravy are also highly recommended. The food is delicious, and the blueberry pancake was delicious. Friendly staff, an attentive staff, and great coffee make for a pleasant dining experience. Espresso Martinis were amazing though!
