I fly out of Will Roger’s on Tuesday mornings . I often stop in Hatch for breakfast and to get work accomplished while I wait for my flight . They always seat me in the back because they know I can use electric outlets for my computer. Annie generally waits on me . When she does , she knows my exact order with all the special requests for it. . She puts my order in without me telling her it and nails it every time . The food is consistently great and the atmosphere is peaceful . I would highly recommend if you are in the airport and desiring a great breakfast. The prices are also affordable for airport restaurants

The Runaway Margarita was pretty weak for being 16 bucks and the classic Bennedict could have used waayy more hollandaise sauce. The hashbrown balls were incredible though! (You probably want to ask what's on the inside...it might just be mashed potatoes). All in all it was a pleasant experience! (Also the hollandaise sauce was really good! Just ask for extra!)

My experience was great. Flew out of OKC on a Friday before the Michigan OU game, so it was PACKED with Michigan fans flying in. I got a Bloody Maria and the Breakfast Cuban. Both were excellent! The Maria was spicy and strong and the Cuban had very soft bread and was packed full with great flavor. I also got a marg and it was ok, good not great. I will be back here the next time I fly to OKC.

As I sat at the bar, the barkeep who was serving behind the bar waited several minutes before another worker would let her pass to deliver a drink to a table customer. She then told me and another customer who arrived after I was seated that the worker who was blocking the way behind the bar would take care of us. Eventually, the second worker finished what she was doing, including handling trash, and offered to serve the customer who arrived after I did. She had not washed her hands after handling the trash. I left and went to another establishment.

Just had a great meal at the airport Hatch. I got the kitchen sink which was flavorful. I ordered my eggs over medium and they were actually over medium. The folks next to me got the eggs Benedict and that looked amazing.

Salmon plate was decent, has potential but it was too greasy, salty, and the rice undercooked. Kitchen forgot my order as well
Okay, maybe it’s just a Thursday morning 7am crew. However, after getting my order in, and served, I never got a refill on the coffee, even the servers in other areas didn’t bother to overlap outside their zone for coffee/water refills. And no, it wasn’t busy. 30min or so later my waitress finally came over with the check at least, and did ask about a coffee refill, but by then I just wanted to leave.
The food seems hit or miss. The omelette, great! The hash brown balls, not bad, but the after taste was seemingly of some bad fryer oil.
Again might be a morning vs afternoon/evening crew. But they weren’t that busy yet to have this level of, well, neglectful service… If I’m here again on a later departure, I may try them again. But so far. I should have went with the reviews and found somewhere else.

Don’t trust the bad reviews, as this was shockingly one of the best breakfasts I’ve had in a long while. The omelette was top-tier and the hash brown tumblers? I could’ve eaten them by the bushel. Service was fantastic and the ambiance was so incredibly relaxing before a day of traveling. Definitely worth a visit if you’re traveling out of OKC.

BEWARE. I stopped here for breakfast during a layover. There was a bug in my cream cheese for one. The waitress gave me attitude when I asked for another cream cheese. Then as I was reviewing my credit card statement, I noticed I got charged twice!!!
