My husband likes eating here, it's not one of my go to places for breakfast. The food isn't that good for the price. It's more a spot for people who enjoy cocktails with their breakfast, which we don't drink.

I normally don’t write reviews, but felt I needed to. I ordered the avocado toast and it appears to be missing most of the avocado. Seems a bit skimpy for a $16 breakfast.

This place is a nightmare...you will have a 45 minute wait for them to tell you your table will be ready in 15 minutes after they clear it... they have a ton of staff who will briskly walk by you not making eye contact to avoid any questions you have like...where's the bathroom?... When we finally did get seated I had to ask my waiter 3 times for just regular coffee and after my sister's hazelnut latte arrived I finally got up and went to the coffee bar and found a manager who brought me a cup...to top this delightful brunch off the breakfast burger I ordered medium well, came out so pink and rare the middle was cold to the touch and I had to do the one thing I never do at restaurants because I have worked in food service and I know exactly what happens behind the curtain..I had to send it back...I was never rude ...you should never be rude to people who are handling your food. They finally did bring out a well done burger and I had to get it boxed up to go because we were done and leaving. I never asked but assumed the messed up burger would be removed or at least discounted from our check the manager did come over and apologize for the mistake she was very nice but NOPE... I paid full price and ate it at home. Also my order was 1 of 3 at my table that was wrong. The Hatch is a loud, crowded place that I did not enjoy my standing Sunday family brunch at and I have no intention of going back.

It's a very loud place to dine with each table seemingly trying to talk over the tables around them.
However, I really enjoy Hatch. They have a great variety of heavy and light meals. Sharable options. Mimosas. Coffees.
Food is always spot on and fairly priced.
Sat upstairs for the first time recently. Couldn't tell if this was dirt or....the industrial part they put in their description

I have been to hatch several times over the years, but unfortunately every time I come to this particular location someone in my group ALWAYS gets sick. One time it was strep throat from an unclean glass and today it’s my 2 year old throwing up from the fruit. I also always get on the waitlist and end up having to find a spot in the open seating or at the bar because the waitlist time is inaccurate and they take much longer to seat you. Today I was told by one of the servers Brittany that if we weren’t ordering food then we would have to wait somewhere else because they were too busy. So instead of just ordering drinks and waiting for our table we had to just sit in the open seating area and be crammed next to a bunch of strangers. Taylor was another one of our servers and she was super nice and accommodating which is why I’m giving the service rating a decent score. I’m just really disappointed that I keep trying to give this place a chance to no avail. The other 2 locations have been good to me so far though.

Went on Saturday and joined the waitlist. I hadn’t arrived before I received a text that our table was ready. When my family and I arrived we had to be added back to the list but was told it wouldn’t be more than 10 minutes. At about the 20 minute mark a hostess came up to me and asked me my name and said told me they had given my table away. My kids were hungry and becoming grouchy. I began to walk out and decided to ask for a manager the young hostess spoke with her manager and my family was able to be seated right away. The other 2 hostess that were there were negligent and didn’t even seem to acknowledge our wait time. It was also hard to notice other parties of size being seated before us as well. So much my 7 year old even noticed. When we were seated the service was fine however the initial impression was not great.
My Fiancé got the steak and eggs. Eggs came out sitting in water. He asked for Medium rare steak and it came out fully cooked. I got the chicken & waffles. The chicken had no seasoning, it tasted like it was boiled before it was fried, and there was barely any chicken in the breading. The waffles didn’t come with butter as well. We waited 40 minutes for our food, the wait staff never asked how our food was. Watched multiple tables with more guests get seated after us and get their food before we did. Also had 4 different people wait on our table. We are very disappointed, especially with paying so much for the food. The only thing we were impressed with was the loaded tumblers, very good!

Not sure what happened, everyone said it was worth the wait ! The only good thing was our friends and the server. Food was terrible, loud, manager showed up with one plate knowing we had been waiting for awhile. He wasn’t sure what happened, then walked away. I could continue

Food is fantastic hands down, the problem with this location is the modern atmosphere, and by that I mean it’s very loud inside, it’s all glass and metal which makes the sound reflect nothing to dampen it. But the eggs Benedict are great!

Great food and waitress was wonderful; however, we had reservations, and let them know when we arrived, waited an hour and a half past the reserved time.

It s a good breakfast place. I specifically tell them I have pork allergy and I don't want cross contamination but for my take out order they put bacon in peanutbutter for beignets. I mean beignet is french and I have never seen bacon being served with beignets in France ever, is this an oklahoma thing? What's the point? Other than ruining my appetite.

Had a fantastic breakfast here! The Breakfast Cuban was outstanding—perfectly toasted with all the right flavors. Our server, Lindsay, was attentive and made sure everything was just right. Tucker at the host stand greeted us with a warm smile and got us seated quickly. Highly recommend stopping by for a delicious start to the day!
Also there may be a wait on the weekends… yelp and google offer a way to get on the list early, I suggest you use it.

Overall, the place was good, I personally didn't like their version of potatos, iced coffee was okay, flight of pancakes was amazing!

The food was awesome my first visit but ever since I have been going back after that first time hasn’t been good at all. I received my chicken that wasn’t great and my waffle was cold each time I sent it back. I don’t know what happened between the first visit and the other time. I am not a fan anymore.
