This is one of me and my boyfriend’s favorite places to eat. It has a stylish and artistic atmosphere and this location is generally nice and quiet during our visit. The food always comes out great and I highly recommend their coffee. If you order a pancake, I would suggest to share between the two because they are gigantic. My only complaint is that I wish the tables were a little more stable so that coffee doesn’t spill everywhere. There is also an outside dining area as well and a small bar.

I enjoyed breakfast here for the first time. Cool Brunch spot. The eggs we're the best quality you can eat it's Fresh farm to table. Hash brown tumbler's were different. They were deep fried into a ball crispy on the outside and soft in the middle and seasoned well. Country fried steak was really thin not my usual thick cut size that I'm used to eating anywhere else. But, it was tender, crispy and seasoned well with a little bit of white gravy. The corn shell tacos with eggs, onions, peppers, chorizo, guacamole and salsa was good. Ambiance was casual but there were no open table tops available at 10am we had to sit at a high top table by the bar. Our server wasn't very cordial but the wait time for your food was fairly normal within 30-40 minutes. Overall, servers can be nicer and more engaged. Bigger Portions would be better. Average plates are $15-$21 and there is a kids menu. Felt like cruise a ship breakfast lol.

Got biscuits and gravy with scrambled eggs to go.... the biscuits are hard cant even hardly cut them literally only the inside is soft. The gravy is just not good gravy, I was really disappointed; and, there was hardly even any of it in my small to go container. The eggs were actually well cooked to my liking, but they hardly gave me any. $60 was absolutely not worth what we ordered. Only the pancakes look good but kinda burnt.

Not my style. Gravy, biscuits, not good. Eggs, you can't really mess up. Silverware? Why wait for that? Not sure. But each table had to wait for silverware after the food was sitting on the table. The noise? Not worth it. Definitely not worth the cost

I went to Hatch Early Mood Food with my family earlier today and had such a great experience! I ordered the biscuits and gravy along with their signature latte, both were absolutely delicious. When my food first arrived, I accidentally dropped my entire iced latte right onto my plate before I’d even taken a bite. Within seconds, one of the employees came over, took care of everything, and brought me a brand-new plate and latte! I was so impressed with how quickly and kindly they handled my mistake. My new food and drink arrived in less than five minutes. Great food and even better service. Highly recommend! 🤩

My husband likes eating here, it's not one of my go to places for breakfast. The food isn't that good for the price. It's more a spot for people who enjoy cocktails with their breakfast, which we don't drink.

I normally don’t write reviews, but felt I needed to. I ordered the avocado toast and it appears to be missing most of the avocado. Seems a bit skimpy for a $16 breakfast.

This place is a nightmare...you will have a 45 minute wait for them to tell you your table will be ready in 15 minutes after they clear it... they have a ton of staff who will briskly walk by you not making eye contact to avoid any questions you have like...where's the bathroom?... When we finally did get seated I had to ask my waiter 3 times for just regular coffee and after my sister's hazelnut latte arrived I finally got up and went to the coffee bar and found a manager who brought me a cup...to top this delightful brunch off the breakfast burger I ordered medium well, came out so pink and rare the middle was cold to the touch and I had to do the one thing I never do at restaurants because I have worked in food service and I know exactly what happens behind the curtain..I had to send it back...I was never rude ...you should never be rude to people who are handling your food. They finally did bring out a well done burger and I had to get it boxed up to go because we were done and leaving. I never asked but assumed the messed up burger would be removed or at least discounted from our check the manager did come over and apologize for the mistake she was very nice but NOPE... I paid full price and ate it at home. Also my order was 1 of 3 at my table that was wrong. The Hatch is a loud, crowded place that I did not enjoy my standing Sunday family brunch at and I have no intention of going back.
