I ordered Garlic fried chicken that was tasteless, brused, and unsafe to eat! I will be reporting them. I ordered shrimp fried rice that was also tasteless! I ordered a spring roll and hot and sour soup that was ALSO tasteles! The only good thing about this place was that my food was sealed really well and it was hot!I will NEVER order from here again. The chicken was also yellow on the inside!

Don’t sleep on He Rui as their food is solid and prices are even better! $7.95 for the lunch special and it got me two meals. They are friendly and service was as fast as possible for only two people working there. It’s geared more towards takeout orders as there are only a couple of tables and they don’t wait on you. Solid food for what you are paying, and a solid pick for Lo Mein.

I have been coming here for years, and I would have to say this is the best Chinese food in okc, with the best portions for price and the food is always made fresh. This is not really a dine in place but more of a pick up restaurant with few seats and it is a family owned small business and I have never been disappointed.

We were able to order quickly and efficiently, had no communication problems. We both we both enjoyed our food. My father had the Mongolian Beef and I the Szechuan Shrimp. The egg drop soup that came with the lunch was delicious and stayed warm the entire time we ate. Only thing I wish was that they put a few more like 3 or 4 more shrimp with the Schezuan shrimp otherwise it was perfect

He Rui is takeout only which is great to call or order online & then pick it up. The food was excellent, hot & fresh. It's been a long time since we've agreed on Asian cuisine. Both of us agreed completely that He Rui is our go to spot for Asian takeout for now on. It is a little out of our way, but worth the drive. The only drawback is we've been wanting to order again but they're on vacation. As good as our previous experience was, this family deserves their vacation. We can't wait for them to be back!!

These people do not know how to listen carefully, when you tell them one thing they don’t want to repeat it back to confirm so by time you get there to pick up your order the order comes out not correct.

Super cozy and quaint once you get inside, then there's the food which surprised me. Turned out to be much more of an original recipe than something like Great Wall or Panda Express, personally I prefer He Rui. They keep it quiet inside, take your order then you can sit at one of their seats, I found it calming. All in all, I recommend this place.
