Either something needs to change in the way customers come in and are seated or waitresses need training. My family and I have been here the last 3 times weve been in OKC and after the weekend before last, unfortunately probably won't be back. My husband, our teenage son, amd myself went in and it was busy. We were told by the 2 girls at the front door that if we were just eating, to go find a seat. Me and my son did that while my husband reserved a pool table. We then sat at a table for 45 min while the waitress only helped the group next to us. We never ONCE were spoken to. My husband actually went to the bar to buy himself a beer but my son and I literally sat with a menu and not one time did she come to our table. 3 other groups were helped during this time and every time i tried to wave her over she looked at me and ran off. We ended up leaving because why should we have to beg for service? The waitress and the two girls who handled pool reservations, bowling, etc looked over at us several times. So disappointed because we actually bragged about this place to the rest of our team who was planning to meet us there.

Only declares happy hour Monday - Friday as well as the sign on the host booth but was not honored . Say waiting with 6 hungry kids only to find out

The whole place is super cool. But the lanes didn’t have a drop of oil on them and manager said he had oiled them the morning of. Every ball I threw even the house ball hooked into the gutter before getting anywhere close to the pins. Paid an arm and a leg for super dry lanes. People next to us had the same complaint and left due to dry lanes. Do not go here if you’re looking for a good place to bowl

Our server did amazing! BUT the girl at the front desk messed up and had told us the wit for bowling was an hour. We waited. After an hour we checked in again and said it would be another hour so we didn’t get to bowl at all!
Worst pizza ever. Don’t order pizza 🙁

Needed bumpers for kids but they weren't working. Has to wait for someone come took for ever. Finally got moved then tried ordering food. Requested a waitress twice no one came had to order at the bar was not happy about it.

Little girl can’t check serve tables. Long brown hair walks with attitude. Get better servers cause I truly can’t believe yall are okay with that attitude walking around your business. So embarrassing for yall honestly.

My kids displayed the autism behavior, and they kicked us out. Management said it caused danger. Purely, discrimination.

Had a great time but watch your transactions. We had a tab going (they save your card) so there was only one transaction, but were charged twice. The amounts were for each transaction.

The smell of this establishment is awful. Smells like sweaty feet and mildew.

Alyssa is the most awesome bartender she has the best personality of all, service, food and drinks are amazing!! If you are not here, shame on you!!

All staff was wonderful, but Claudia really stood out.

Visiting from out of state and we are so glad we stumbled upon this place. Delicious food, great service thanks to Claudia & Desiree and bowling!!!!! Drinks, food and games can't beat that! Thanks
