small hiccup in the parking lot as someone cursed me and my buddy out? Don't know why it but we ignored him, probably relating to pride shirts we had. But going in the service was great, the staff was quick to seat us and Server. Food was great as usual and drinks. The place is nice and love the 2nd floor(last year) and while placed on the first floor was also good. Restrooms were nice and weren't hard to find. The environment was nice and seats were comfortable. Still...
Kris the manager his Costumer service skills were above average and exceeded my expectations. We were visiting the area from kansas and wanted some good pizza. So the kitchen messed up the original pizza and he informed us of the issue and for the inconvenience he comped the bill. I will definitely visit this location everytime im in Okc. Thank God customer service are still alive.
Nothing compares to the location in stillwater. That pizza is made with care. This location is ok and I love hideaway but for those prices I will just grab a pizza hut pizza next time.
