I ordered pickup got there and it wasn't ready. Once ready they cooked grilled shrimp when I ordered cajun fried. No apologies or accommodations. After all the food wasn't good and the place was old and run down.

An older location, but still quintessentially Hooters. I love sitting at the bar eating hot wings with a good beer.
The food was pretty good but overpriced in my opinion. When I went to pay, I paid in cash, and wasn't even offered my change. The waitress said thanks so much and then disappeared taking a 50% tip with her. I had planned to tip well but not being given my option was very disappointing and off putting.
I love to splurge on Hooter's hot wings... But the wings I got here were probably the worst Hooters Wings I ever had. Tasted like the oil had not been replaced in weeks. It was definitely the first time I decided to throw it away instead of eating it.

Brad is an amazing person and manager. He actually heard my complaint, the other manager (a 40-50 yo woman) didn't even apologize even tho it was her schedule when this whole issue happened. He also apologized and did the right thing which was to make my order again and with the correct amount of sauce for 50 wings, I feel very ashamed he had to fix what other employee had to a long while ago. The server, Brigitte was also very nice, and of course I was able to enjoy my night better this time, HOOTERS you should take a look into your employees and their performance it's unbelievable you have some people as a "managers" when they have no idea how to treat people. Thanks to Brad you have my business back, friends and family I would recommend them to call before coming in to ask if Brad is around. I ordered some drinks and food for myself while I waited and overall the place was very clean and comfy. I would definitely come back just not when that lady is around. Readers, I so sorry for this very long review, I had to go into detail.
edit: this si ridiculous, I sent an email the same night i made my complaint to the store and you have solve nothing, nor made the refund for the WINGS YOU MADE ME TAKE BACK TO THE STORE, I will just go ahead and file a complaint with the Oklahoma Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Unit.

She handled our order with precision, and the food arrived promptly and exactly as we requested.
