Great price if you can hit happy hour. Kinda pricey if not happy hour.

Discontinuing happy hour, not telling people when they come through during happy hour knowing that is why they are there sitting in line for over twenty minutes waiting. Just another corporate scam and really poor service by rude or untrained people.

This place is clean, but the employees kept on costing me for a large cup when I purchased a medium cup. That is the only part I m frustrating with

On this day Christmas Eve 2024 Jennilynn, the general manager showed her true face she's rude has no personality and seems like she hates her job and no holiday compassion. And completely changed the way I will spend my money daily. Thanks for your candor Jennilynn, you tried it but God bless you. She needs to be looked into. Very angry individuals. Came in for happy Hour in drive thru. I frequent this location about three times a day. I placed my order at 3:59 pm get to the window and was told I missed by a minute and they would not honor happy hour pricing. I literally showed the guy it just changed to 4pm on my phone. I cancelled order and left. Not a happy person.

Frequent the SOKC almost everyday, by myself or with a friend. Over the past 2 months at least 1 time the order is wrong, tea is old, staff is rude. Ordered gallon of tea for the holidays half sweet regular half unsweetened regular—it’s even what the label said however when we went to drink it when guests arrived it was mint. ??? Went through drive through today, ordered, got down the road the tea was ROTTEN!!! Went to return it, staff laughed and said, “your tea is rotten also?” So apparently mine wasn’t the only one. I’ve been getting tea here since they opened but refuse to give my money any longer. Back to OnCue where they at least change the tea out frequently and it’s half the price. Do better HTeaO!

Outstanding iced tea

I ordered a gallon from the app and my gallon got delivered to the wrong address manager was very rude said he can't do anything about it and what did I want him to do about it I shop here all the time because I live close but I don't have a car that's why I had it delivered now iam out of my gallon plus my 7 dollars and all the manager can say is what do you want me to do Megan use to be the manager she was the best this new manager need to go I will not be shopping at this location anymore

The team at this location is always so sweet and happy to help! I had car trouble while in the drive thru and the team went above and beyond to help me out. The general manager is top notch! If I wasn’t already an everyday customer, I definitely am now!
