Great service and big selection! Meagan was happy to share info about the products and franchising. Very friendly! Try the Cowboy or Wedding cake, get the secret recipe from the staff. You won't be disappointed!

I love HteaO and I come every other day to grab their yummy tea but the one off of western and 119th have horrible service. I often choose to run inside because it's much quicker than the drive through. I'm usually very patient especially when getting food but I think it's ridiculous to have to wait on average 10 min for a single tea. This seems to happen often. Today when I chose the drive through knowing it would be a whole fiasco and it took 15 min after we got to the window to get our drinks. When the lady at the drive threw asked about our drinks another lady said "I didn't even know that was an option". I don't think making coffee and tea should be a 20 min job every day. I think the place is ran by high school students that have no care for their wait times.
