Unable to cancel online app order when app explicitly says to call the store. Store could not do refund and has no way of doing it, so I’m out the amount since it’s one the other side of the city. Terrible app and customer service experience .

Didn't think it is sanitary for an employee to be petting a customer's dog while handling food items(drinks). I know they can be cute and cuddly, but that's cross contamination. Other than that, the worker was nice and professional.

Great place to get ice tea. Multiple flavors in regular or decaffeinated. Multiple sizes.
great atmosphere
Great tea and service but your handicap parking space is not close to the ramp at the south end of the storefront. Being familiar with ADA guidelines this would seem to be at least a violation and at the most a big inconvenience to people using a walker or wheelchair.

The best customer experience I’ve ever had. Awesome teas, plus you can sample any of them. I highly recommend. They even have a very convenient drive thru.
