Pretty sure a place with nothing but a variety of tea is quite sinful. LOL. But here we are...everyday, in line to grab some sweet tea. If you feel like you can't decide on a flavor, no worries. Make sure to go inside and grab a little tiny cup to sample your heart away. They also have a really great daily happy hour where the teas are half priced and a really awesome loyalty program. I highly recommend trying the "berry blast". Let me know if you order it and love it.

Great quality drinks most of the time but when it comes to customizing hot drinks, they do not accommodate the customer. I asked for a hot tea with honey and a splash of cream. The barista tells me that this is not possible as it is not an option on her register to charge me accordingly. She can make me a latte (which is half milk and half tea) but cannot add honey. She can make me a hot tea with honey but cannot add milk. I asked for the manager but was told that she was the store manager. Growing up, I was trained that the customer is always right and you make the accommodations to cater to them (obviously within reason).If I go to Starbucks, I can ask them to make my drink however I want it and they will do it for me. Money is not the issue as I made it clear I would be happy to pay extra to get a splash of milk. The ingredients are already in the store, so why am I being denied a small request?I hate for this to be the reason I stop coming here. I’m an avid tea drinker in the fall, winter and spring months and was very disappointed in my experience.

Any of the best iced tea I've drink the water's filtered they have a million flavors you get samples they have little fresh fruit cups you can get one free cup worth of fruit the unsweet coconut tea with a couple orange slices and some packs of Splenda out of this site they have really good ice too if you like the crunchy small Sonic style ice

I'm so torn. I love the tea and the products they carry. The service is awful. I get it, good help it hard to find; however, maybe a little more training and guidance would help the folks at this location? The design of the parking and drive thru is a nightmare. I highly recommend going in and getting your own tea during happy hour from 2-4.

Tea was good. Had the unsweetened raspberry. This is not a “tea shop” but more like quick shop tea.

If you ever think about working here don't the second you have to take time off for a non work related injury they'll beat around the bush until you lose your position and not tell you about it until the last minute, they wont ask you for the required doctors note they'll just assume your suppose to know, your better off working literally anywhere else, lots of favoritism to their leads and not to their regular employees, know this before you decide to work there, that your not always guaranteed your spot back so if you're injured and have to take time off work at Hteao you might as well immediately start looking for a new job because they won't tell you your replaced until after you inquire about it and by then it's too late, bad management, poor communication, totally unprofessional, I'm posting in hopes that this will never happen again to anyone else who is struggling because at the end of the day they don't care what happens to people but I do.
I love HTeaO. If you've never been inside before, you have to go in. So many different flavors to freely sample, and you can mix and match to get just the right ratio or create something new.

As Texans, Hubby and I were so happy to see a HTeaO down the street from the Bradford House. This store has all of the Texas store offerings, except it was just a little small to maneuver around. Happy to see HTeaO expanding outside of Texas.

I'm a tea lover already and usually prefer unsweetened so I love that they have so many unsweetened flavors to choose from!! I love that you can sample all the teas when you go inside.
