Quail Springs Mall

The mall is generally pretty clean and decorations are good but the business turnover here is outrageous. All the small businesses seem to come and go within a year. Too many kiosk sticklers.

Bigger and seems better but did not find what we needed AT ALL! did more walking than shopping ☹️

Very cool, not many people in the daytime and elevator: L1, L2 and FC. FC = food court

Great location. Parking spaces are very small. Usually always busy.

Great mall, I like that there is a theatre there also. JC Penny's is there too. There was a female goose nesting in flower bed right beside the back door......and a male goose standing a few feet away GUARDING his wife and her eggs. He made people walk WAAY around his family to get in the back door. So cute!!

Love this mall,has everything you need from shopping to movie theater,food court, gaming room for the kids.

Unfortunately this mall is in sad shape. Seems like more closed stores than open stores. Few customers now, unlike the 80s-90s. Local neighborhood crime is causing fewer visitors during peak season. Renovations were made years ago but the changing neighborhood demographics has resulted in much business loss in the area.

Love the 3 levels. Awesome food court. Great shops. My favorite time to go.. is during Christmas.. I enjoy just walking around taking in all the sights and smells. It also has a massive AMC theater... that's MY kind of mall..

They do a great job of keeping the mall looking good. Maybe 65% capacity, as is the norm now for shopping malls.

Love this mall. We had a great time. Lots of shops and much more. Beautiful mall.

Love the blue zoo aquarium and mermaid dive. Arcade looked big and the over all atmosphere was nice...didn't feel run down at all...not as nice as big city malls but I'll definitely be back

Round 1 bowling blue zoo in door play area food court the vans store bath and body works build a bear...... thse are a few of my favorite places in this mall

Specifically, AMC Theater. The customer service is decent when arriving, but the place is never clean, bathrooms are rundown and dirty, and theater room is always too hot with no circulating air. Don't bother trying to discuss your experience with management, they won't show up to speak with you. I will not be returning.
