Worst service I’ve ever received ever in my 30 years of life. Sat at the register while the worker transported pans of donuts back and forth for 15 minutes with not a word said. You would think selling donuts would be the main priority by nope. She made eye contact with me 3 times also it was the most awkward encounter I’ve ever experienced. Used to love hurts but will never be back after that.

Seems the majority of the employees of this establishment now a days are banking on the vendor sales of the gas stations and not concerned of the actual walk in costumer sales within Hurts.I called in for an apple fritter and i was told they just sold their last on and was hung up on.

Donuts were underwhelming. They weren't particularly fresh, and there was nothing special about them. Okay at best. The coffee was terrible, ended up throwing it away. Just... nothing that would ever bring me back.
Most amazing donut experience I have had! Ever! 24 hour delight. The staff, at least the night manager on weekends, has a great attitude regardless of the hour.Parking: In front on 23rd the last vestige of parallel parking I know of. Around back is a huge free parking area.

Came at 11 am with my 7 yo and 3yo to treat my kids. There were minimal options to pick from for donuts. Every table was dirty. The girl working felt like whatever paper she was working on was more important than guests. I said we were ready to order and she said just a sec and continued to sit there. The bathrooms are out of order, the soda machine is out of order. Won't be back, seriously not worth the expensive donuts or the trip.

I called earlier to see if I could do a pick up order , very short answers , no good morning, thank you, have a nice day on the telephone . When we got there same kind of vibe she just isn’t very nice. Looks like I’m not alone thinking that due to the reviews, but it is spacious for kids and a good family atmosphere , but in the future I’ll stick to my viet family who owns a donut shop around the corner .
