Walking into the area greeted with a heavy smell of bleach cleaner. Waited on a pick up ordered. Brought back to the OKANA Resort. Thought everything was great until we got the food out. Now I have an upset birthday boy because the pancakes weren’t right. Plus the order of biscuits and gravy was nowhere to be found. Calling into Ihop explaining the issues was rudely told by whoever that they packed it and nothing should be missing. In speaking with Aspen told a different story which is great. After the wife took the phone to discuss the issue, no apology and a simple refund. Why did we have to have a rather intense discussion. Thank you for all the inconveniences and bad service. We hope ya’ll found the other items that were claimed to been packed because it certainly wasn’t with us if what they claim is to be true. Something is definitely not right with this locations IHOP. Corporate needs to investigate..

Dont eat here if you want to eat quick and have a good experience! After being seated, we waited for at least 15 minutes without any attention from the waitstaff. Several staff members were in the adjacent room, seemingly engaged in other activities, while we were left unattended. The service always takes forever! We had visit many Ihop and we dont understand why this one have such a bad customer service!

I will give 2 stars only because the staff was kind enough to sing on my birthday. We came here because they advertise “having the world’s best pancake”. I’ve had pancakes from all over so I was very excited to try the world’s best on my birthday but was VERY let down. False advertisement because it wasn’t anywhere near the best pancake I’ve ever had, so definitely not the world’s best. Our server assured me it was the world’s best and I just feel really lied to and let down. Thanks again for singing to me, but I will never return for those awful pancakes.

DINER BEWARE!!! Do not eat at this location! (Kings of Leon) I questioned one of the workers as to why he was using his bare hands to put hash browns in a to-go container and he barked “yes you can” meaning you can use bare hands without washing them. After he used his hands he proceeded to wipe his hands on his dirty jeans. I guarantee you this boy does NOT have his food handlers card because if he did he would know that’s a food code violation. Just gross! Do better IHOP!!!

Me and my husband visited this location on 12-8-2024. We had a overall good experience so we thought till we looked at our bank statement and was charged a different amount then what was on the receipt that we had signed. We left a cash tip for the waitress but she took it upon herself to write another tip on the reprinted receipt that she then signed herself and she also took it upon herself to steal my husband's card information and go on a TIK TOK shopping spree. So before you visit this IHOP please pay in cash.

Our server Aspen was thee BEST! She was very helpful and attentive. I ordered gluten free pancakes, there’s an up charge for that. They tasted off. Aspen had the chef make a batch and taste test them. They realized something was off. So instead of making me another batch, she comped me some other items. Also when I learned they put pancake batter in their omelettes, Aspen took my omelette back and had another one prepared. It was very tasty and so was the turkey sausage. The grits were not good, tasted like they came from a pouch. Potatoes were really good!

Parking: There was a few spots in the front of the restaurant I believe that were free parking but in the back is a parking lot that you have to pay for. It was $20 for 2 hours and you couldn't get less than that. So we opted to park across the street at the Bass Pro Shop since we were headed there after breakfast anyway.
