came on a thursday and got seated right away. drinks came out within 2 minutes, and food within 7. service was amazing and staff was incredible kind.

We went in today and it was very very slow. It wasn’t very busy for being a Sunday around 10:45 am and they had one section entirely closed. Since we had to pay to park, I was watching the timer on the parking site
I don’t necessarily think it was our waitress’s fault, but they sat 2 larger groups and two other tables in her section almost all at once. We were there for an hour and ten minutes before getting our food and then we had to wait for silverware. The tables around us were complaining about their wait as well. The toast for my avocado toast was soggy, the eggs were rubbery, and hash browns almost burned. Husband got pancakes as part of his meal, but no syrup. For $33+tip and $22 for two hours of parking we could have gone to a fancy brunch spot.

I forgot to get some pics but let me tell you my mom and I went for breakfast. I ordered the mushroom and spinach omelette... Outstanding. Mom ordered off the 55+ menu. We each ordered a biscuit and gravy.... The amount of food they give you is bound to leave you satisfied. Our waitress was so sweet and attentive....

Walked over to the ihop from my hotel and doors were locked—the website said the place was open, as did the sign in the door. Not cool!

We walked in and it wasn't busy, only a few tables there. We had a reservation days prior and sat down with 37 people. The waitress got our food and drink orders at the same time, so we thought it'd be quick. Thirty minutes later only four people have food and drink. The other waitress helps by bringing out many of the same drink type, but it still takes forever. The food starts to get handed out in the order that the waitress took the orders. I got the quick 2 egg breakfast, which the food was bland and near tasteless. My drink, a simple strawberry sweet tea, came out after I was entirely done eating. I finished my drink and notice that an entire row of tables hadn't even gotten their food yet. Overall, bad service and even worse environment

It took almost 90 minutes to get a drink even if you're understaffed you should be able to get drinks out in 30 minutes. Very disappointed in the service provided
