The black version of Lurch playing manager was pretty damn rude. We have family in California where a new fire erupted and we were watching from our phone. Hardly anyone in there and he complained it was loud and the very few people couldn't enjoy the music he had playing. Not one customer complained, only he did. I really doubt anybody was even paying attention to the horrible music he thought was so important. He then had to stand around and stare at us. Go back where you were if you want to enjoy that crap you call music. And then he had the nerve to turn up the music so we turned the phone back up. We were considered rude but there was a table full of the same colored people as the manager that were walking back where the workers stand and one of them reached in the kitchen and grabbed stuff. I guess they knew a lady that worked there and thought it was ok to do as they please and it was ok for them to be loud. But us white people couldn't keep tabs on our family and my husband is hard of hearing. Kind of interesting, huh?
We were at the Classen IHOP for breakfast this morning and our waitress took our order on her tablet with her trainer looking over her shoulder. I was concerned becasue a policeman who arrived 5 minutes after us had ordered, gotten served, and finished eating but we still had not been served our order after 30 minutes. Our waitress showed up and asked us for our order again because she claimed that the printer in the kitchen did not work and our order was never cooked. I don't think she knew how to use her tablet because our order should have still been on her tablet. We will not be back.
