They lack and takes so long for doordash orders I was stuck in traffic and came here and Order still wasn't ready I wouldn't even rated it a one star but I have to in order to leave a review

i love pancakes!!!! IHOP has pancakes!!!! My kid loves pancakes!!! Highly recommend IHOP’s pancakes if you like pancakes!!! Their chocolate milk makes my tummy hurt but I am also lactose intolerant. That’s isn’t their fault. I love IHOP!

Every time I come into this particular location of Meridian I always feel like I’m not welcome this time the same thing the waiter come up correct my speech and then walks off and never comes back and left us sitting for 30 minutes and we tell her we was ready for our order never came back we paid for our drinks and left and reminded you that we was the only table of people waiting and no other person there they just left and went outside and smoked beware treatment for the customer is not warrant or respected

Wasn't too loud and we had a nice and polite waitress. Fast, efficient service.
I always stay at Laquinta Hotel across the street. I ordered two online 2 items, and 1 is missing my Hashbrown. It's too cold outside the road, which is slippery. I called, and she admitted she forgot to put my missing order because she's by herself. Please, next time, don't let your people work by herself. I really disappointed

Our server was very sweet, unfortunately when we walked in we were told they would have to find us silverware. We waited 30 mins for that alone. But wasn't a terribly big deal. I ordered a buttermilk biscuit combo. She repeated it back to me. When food arrived she brought me a cold biscuit with jelly and argued that this was all I ordered. We corrected the order and waited, a different waitress walked by and asked if we were ok, we explained and said yes we were fine just waiting. The first girl and the new onlooker then spoke in Spanish about me trying to get free food and that I had only ordered the biscuit by it's self. A 5$ biscuit is absurd as it is. She eventually brought me 2 cold scrambled eggs and 2 over done strips of bacon. My husband was very pleased with his meal however.

I think they must have been understaffed. We ate breakfast here this morning. Not usually a big fan of IHOP but this location was great. Kathy took great care of us. Food was good, came out quickly and everything was clean.
