oh my goodness did I have a time LAST NIGHT!! Saniyah was my server and her personality and service was top tier! She helped my son choose what he wanted by recommending something off the kids menu when he didn’t want anything on the main menu. She was attentive and made sure we were all taken care of. I had such a great time with her , will definitely be coming back to see her more often.

I believe our server was Taniyah. We waited 30 minutes to sit down for an almost empty restaurant. They all just looked past us. Until a random server told someone else to seat us. Our server Taniyah didn’t write down our order and forgot my pancakes. Then gave me the wrong ones when she gave me them. I couldn’t tell her because she never came back to our table to check in. No drink refills or anything. The food was good but horrible service and location

Tony 😡 I went at 2:30 and our waiter did an evil drive by on my friend but gave me a sprite instead of a watermelonade blast 😭 and he charged me for it 😭
Edit: Looked at all these other reviews and NO WAY this is the same Tony. Stop glazing the man. #got two lids and was told they snap together like this.

Our server was Tony and he literally sucked, he complained about making the drinks and didn’t even give us the right drink when we ordered the watermelonaid (spite with a popsicle😢) and played it off as if it was actually the drink when I’ve had it before and it’s not sprite with a popsicle. Never coming back here. My service sucks every time I’m here. Get Tony off the night shift, he needs a break. EDIT- read these other reviews and they gotta be lying about Tony *mic drop*
Tonight was the first very negative experience at IHOP. We were there about 9:40 pm. Last in party at 9:45 pm. Ready to order before 9:55. But the waitress said she had to go do something. Then she comes back orca 10:02. The 1/2 price special ended at 10 pm. She wouldn’t budge. (She should have asked her manager then). We paid for the one drink. At the end, after manager had to help with the ticket, he offered to honor the special. Too late. Most of our party was gone— to Dennys.

Tony was hands down one of the best servers I’ve ever had. He was super friendly, attentive without being overbearing, and made sure we had everything we needed the whole time.
