Everything went terrible except the foods taste. When we first got here it didn’t take too long for our waitress to ask us for our drinks. When we got our drinks everything was great except for the milkshake it didn’t taste anywhere near how it usually tasted. Then after 20 minutes she came back to take our orders the waitress didn’t fully understand our orders but we were more than happy to repeat it. Then we waited another 30-35 minutes. When our food got here the waffles had powered sugar but not the pancakes which was the complete opposite. We told the waitress that was incorrect and if she could fix it we also asked for another plate and she took the food and went back but didn’t return for a while. We never got the plate but the food did return. Finally when we got our check there was food that we didn’t order on there. We asked politely that there was an issue but she confused and luckily there was another employee next to her to fix the issue. In the end they figured it out and she apologized and told us it was her first day working.

We received good service and the manager was very friendly but last night we had a bad experience with a waiter who was very unpleasant. He was very friendly to the gringos and because we were Hispanic, he did not serve us well and threw things at us at the table. He was very rude. If they were going to have racists in his restaurant, it was better not to go. We paid for our food. 👎

Called in my order, was told it would be 10-15 minutes. I arrived and waited, the manager approached me and asked about my order. I continued to wait, he approached me again, after 30 minutes, saying he's take my order again. I just left. Other to go orders were being placed in the area for to go, but I never received mine.

I needed a quick bite and IHOP did not disappoint! the recces peanut butter pancakes hit the spot. and a quick shoutout to your amazing server Antonio, made sure i was hooked on coffee my whole stay.
