This review is of the last 2 times I’ve been to this location. First time, walk in with my family excited because it’s not busy. We are told there is a 40-50 minute wait, I proceeded to tell her “there were only 5-6 tables seated and that everything else was empty. She says that the wait would be for the food not the table. So we left.Fast forward a month or so. We walk in there are 2 tables seated in the entire restaurant. We still had to wait 7-10 minutes to be greeted and sat at our table. The waitress took our drink order and food order in a timely fashion. That was literally the only good thing about the experience. After placing the food order we waited 40-45 minutes before our food was served, my food was however not ready yet. I ordered the pepper jack patty melt. My food arrived when everyone else at the table was practically done eating. They brought me 2 pieces of toast with roughly 1/6 pound of burger patty that was burnt with American cheese, and raw onions. Pepper jack Patty melts have grilled onions and oddly enough pepper jack cheese. Most people would expect a hamburger patty to be larger than a sausage patty, but then again what do I know. My wife’s omelette was served with raw vegetables, meaning they were not cooked at all and just rolled into and already done egg patty, like it was a tortilla, it was burnt as well. She also asked for salsa, when they brought the “salsa” it was tobasco sauce with large chunks of onions. All the other meals for my children were poorly done as well. Our drinks stayed empty for upwards of 12 minutes. The restaurant was also unsanitary. There were brooms laying at empty tables. Blood in the women’s bathroom on the toilets.Normally I wouldn’t take the time to leave a negative review, especially one this detailed. But this experience was extraordinary! Don’t know who owns this location, but I’d pay pretty close attention if I were them.

After waiting nearly an hour in a mostly empty restaurant, none of our dinner was completely right. It wasn’t a hard order either. The bathroom stalls were disgusting and the bathroom trash was overflowing. Our menus sat in front of us for at least twenty minutes before anyone took our order, and the only two other tables in the restaurant already had their food. The menus were covered in some sort of gunk, as was the “clean” silverware. Forget drink refills those take at least 15 minutes. Overall the whole atmosphere was unsanitary. Finishing our food was extremely questionable.

This is the first time I’ve ever felt the need to write a review but this was bad. Pancakes immediately fell apart into crumbles they were extremely dry and chalky. My husband ordered spicy beef burrito bowl without telling us they subbed rice for hash browns, subbed the queso for hollandaise sauce, and left off the avocado. We called the waitress over to double check the menu and see if we had misread but she immediately knew what was wrong and started blaming the cook and didn’t apologize, comp, or offer to sub the meal.

I ordered the Chicken Fajita Omelet with a fresh fruit side. It was twice as much as I could eat. Hubby ordered a spicy Poblano Omelet, he gave me the avocado off the top (yum). Oh, my, goodness, it was wonderful, as was their coffee with half and half. Their coffee is my favorite!! The staff could not have been more attentive and friendly. They were on the spot with everything we needed, even checked us in and seated us before being clocked in to work!! Thank you very much!!!! Everything was clean, shining, and ready for customers. Wish we could have brought them all home to Kansas!

Have been to tulsa and okc and both times going have not had choclate batter and very slow and brought one half of the order then the other half slowly and then was almost done eating and brought the last part of person order

It was bad. Waited over 45 mins to 1 hr for our food. Got everything we order but the pancakes that was later. By the time we got that we were almost done with everything else. Not good. The real bad part of it all they were not busy at all maybe 3 tables when we got there. Thats bad

This is the second best restaurant in this area and BY FAR the BEST and ONLY good sit down Restaurant in this area! Normally, I wouldn't say this about IHOP, but this area has almost no good restaurants. I have no choice but to give this IHOP a good review. We went in to see the menu. A waitress QUICKLY came to greet us and said we were welcomed to take a paper menu home for free! Plus, I heard the great music of AC/DC being played at a volume that you didn't have to struggle just to hear it! After looking at the other restaurants in this area, you have no idea how HUGE of a plus each of these things are!!! This blew me away! WOW! The prices here are a little expensive, I mean $2 more than I normally want to pay. But for a place like this with good music and a waitress who actually understands how to do a great job, I'm willing to go here! Thank you!

We waited because church people would be getting out and if we went anywhere we would probably have to wait there anyways. Seated about 12:15. Server was amazing! Puerto Rican gal with 2 short pony tails and glasses. Everyone else I could see working was a hot mess. You could hear the employees in the kitchen arguing LOUD! Food took FOREVER to come out. 4 out of our 5 orders had something wrong (which were corrected) Drinks are expensive $2.59 for coffee!!! $2.99 for juice. Should have asked for water all around to save $12. As busy as they were they had someone rolling silverware! If they ran out I get it but until all orders are out give people silverware laying on a napkin by each server til you have time or do it were customers cant see you that are waiting on food. We finally left at 2:30.

Messed up our order and closed before we could correct it. The following morning was told to wait until evening management arrived. We used the promo pancakes code from the not yet fixed ticket and waited almost an hour. Didn't feel taken seriously.. aka valuable customer.. However shortly after the beginning of the initial waiting period, I caught contagious grins from eager and warming employees arriving to what I may have unserveyed pack house.. LOL-All that for this

Tonight I entered around 8:00pm! The place was empty! Just the way I like it. The dining room was clean and quiet! Check out my pictures that I posted! The Host and Server were TOP NOTCH! I ordered the Bacon Temptation Omelette and New York Cheesecake pancakes! Server was fast and efficient. She even brought extra lemons for my water. Also gave a to go cup full of water and lemon. In my opinion night time is the best time to go. Around 7 to 9pm. A lot of IHOP’s usually have their not so good workers at night! This crew was great though! No noisy kids running around or rude adults. My only complaint is the restroom could of been cleaner. When I cleaned the restrooms when I was in restaurants. I always used a little extra bleach. When customers smell bleach they smell clean. Thank you IHOP crew for the excellent food and service. If I’m ever back in Oklahoma City for a Thunder game or just passing through. I’ll definitely stop!

I had the worst meal of my life here by far the worst service ever in oklahoma or maybe in the entire united states. I feel ashamed that i paid money to eat here. One server was working at noon and all i wanted was pancakes. There were only three tables our server had to manage and she was completely overwhelmed. We watched hot ready plates sit for twenty minutes until our food arrived. Everybody had their order messed up and me and the three people i was eating with all had to be put on one ticket. Very inconvenient and i am disappointed
