My friend ordered an omelet, and we both ordered a stack of pumpkin and regular pancakesđ„ and coffee, which tasted pretty good. However, as soon as we stepped inside the restaurant, I noticed a strange smell. I couldn't place my finger on what it was at first, but the longer we sat there, I realized that smell was similar to raw sewage. I kept asking my friend if she smelled anything unusual, but she couldn't figure it out either. We did both notice that the coffee cups have gotten smaller as well as the coffee carafe. But it was mostly the funky smell that spoiled my breakfast at IHOP. The server was nice & efficient. I paid around $40.00 for this breakfast in a stinky restaurant.

I went for breakfast this morning. I had the sampler The bacon was cold and tough. The toast was cold and tough as well. Hashbrowns cold as well. Definitely not worth the price. Where do I start .... when you walked in the door, there was ample air conditioning, but where the tables were it was hot. Not fun when it really hot outside. The restaurant wasn't super busy. The gal that seated us was nice but took a good 15 minutes before she ever came back to ask what we wanted to drink. Another 15 minutes before she came back with drinks and took our food order. Again, it wasn't busy and there were other staff members there. I have NO idea why it took so long for any of it but it did. Took another 20ish minutes for our food to arrive. Nothing was done about the AC.
Definitely won't be back.

Kerstie was our server, she was very intuitive. The manager Garrett also came out and checked on us and was very sweet. 10/10 experience overall!

Iâm not sure if this location needs better management or a complete 180 turn around. The food was great and the servers were amazing, but the GM made me uncomfortable with the way he treated his team. I was in the middle of a conversation with my server and the general manager stepped in rudely to ask her to do something else as if she wasnât in the middle of serving me. The tone and attitude from him was just plain rude and the servers, cooks, and others do not deserve such treatment with how hard they work.

Me and my Husband went in tonight and by far worst experience. We had a doordash order earlier that day that someone else messed up. So when we went in to eat we stood there and didnât get greeted. The guy in the front was staring at us and the girl was talking under her breath. No one wanted to serve us. She ended up sitting us down and the first thing she said is they were all talking about how we âscammedâ them with doordash after we left. When she asked for our drinks we said a water, chocolate milk and starry. I was given a HOT chocolate and the top was covered in oil. When she took our food order we order the country fried stake dinner, oreo waffles and serloin and eggs. Oh and not to mention she kept talking over us. The country fried stake was given with hashbrowns and eggs instead of the broccoli and mash potatoâs. and she never put in our waffles said they would âget coldâ. He wanted his eggs scrambled they were over easy. We ended up getting the ticket and leaving without eating. Again heard them whispering about us. the whole time we sat there they were staring and whispering. We came in a couple weeks before and had amazing experience so not sure why we got treated like this. But i will never visit again!
