I usually love going to IHOP with my daughter, but this location absolutely sucks as far as service and atmosphere. I had Seth as my server and the guy was walking and talking slow like he was either on some pills or just in general high as hell. He talked at a whisper, and could barely understand him. He lingered at the table just awkwardly staring after taking the drink order and telling him that we needed a little bit to figure out our order, and just in general was uncomfortable as a server. The good was great, but I honestly can't recommend coming here. You can find better service at the south side location and that's really saying something. If you have a craving for IHOP locally though, just stick to the Yukon location. To add insult to injury, this is the only location I know of that doesn't participate in the kids eat free with adult meal purchase 4-10pm. Not coming back to this location for sure.

Ordered Nashville chicken and waffles. Food was decent. Service left a lot to be desired. Staff had to be flagged down after being seated for 15 minutes to even get us drinks. Much of the food that was ordered was not delivered, even after reminding them what was on order. Staff was friendly, but not at all locked in.
We stopped in for a quick breakfast in between appointments and didn't leave disappointed. Hubs had his usual Breakfast Sampler with pancakes. I had the Country Fried Steak & Eggs with pancakes. The restaurant wasn't too crowded and we were seated quickly. Our server Philip was nice & attentive. Our food served hot and to the table in less than 10 minutes! We'll be back the next time we hit that side of town.

The individual tasked with cooking, who also held managerial responsibilities, exhibited incompetence in culinary execution. Specifically, my order of bourbon bacon jam deviated significantly from its advertised presentation and lacked the essential components, notably bacon. When queried, the response provided was unsatisfactory, reflecting a lack of accountability and dedication to quality.Furthermore, the demeanor of the chef-manager conveyed an unprofessional attitude, accompanied by excuses unrelated to the dining experience. Such conduct, irrespective of personal circumstances, fails to meet the expected standards of customer service.On a positive note, I commend the exemplary service delivered by our server, whose professionalism surpassed that of the manager on duty. Their dedication to customer satisfaction warrants recognition and consideration for advancement within the establishment.In conclusion, while acknowledging the commendable efforts of certain staff members, the overall experience fell short of expectations due to inadequate management and culinary standards. Terrible place and the service from the manager who honestly came out in a very bad mood. She calls herself Sales but the lady is very unpleasant.
It took way too long to be seated and had to stop the waiter just to take our order who walked by our so many times I had to ask him take our staff was rude and focused more on every table around us until I had to stop one for help....we will not be returning to this location ever again.

All servers were busy and had all tables dirty, Maria the manager served us and another girl named Mia came up to her and asked her why was she serving and that she was also going to complain to general manager with an attitude . We didn’t like the attitude she gave Maria because Maria was a really good and nice server! We felt really bad ..the girl Mia screamed at Maria in front of everyone and as a server she is not supposed to have that attitude . Everything else was good , just the server Mia being so rude screaming at Maria the manager was so unpleasant .

I went with my friend, I ordered an omelet and my friend ordered a chicken quesadillas. The food took a long time. The omelet was good but my friend's quesadilla was bitter because of the onion since it was burnt and seemed to have almost no chicken. I tried my friend's quesadilla and it was very bad... I didn't like it at all. I thought it was the worst...

My omelette was excellent, the perfect amount of spices and cheese wonderful flavor. My pancakes however, was served with no butter, by the time she was able to bring me some the pancakes were cold so it didn't matter. We got no refills on our drinks, as a matter of fact the only time we saw our waitress was when she brought us the check. I give this IHOP two Stars because it did not reek of sewer like the first IHOP we walked into
