Our server was great she checked on this regularly the food was prepared the way we wanted it. Our server did very good making sure our drinks were always refilled we didn't have to go hunter down to get a refill overall I enjoyed my visit it wasn't crowded or anything like that very quiet and pleasant dining experience.
Dietary restrictions: They do you have gluten-free pancakes for those who need a diabetic friendly option.

Do not go to this ihop or order from there! They will leave items off your order then when you go to call them about it the phone doesn’t even ring at all so we have to go back up there rather than just getting the item refunded. They have done this with DoorDash orders also however DoorDash usually will fix it.

We normally love eating here but today was ridiculous. We went at 2 and there were only 2 other tables there. We waited almost 5 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge us to seat us, then waited another almost 15 min for someone to even say, “I’ll be right there”. In that time we watched another table close to us get seated, get water, AND get their order taken. We got up and took our business elsewhere. There was ZERO reason for the wait. Just ridiculous.

We had not visited an IHOP in a few years. It had been one of our favorites. I was not going to enter this on Google but wanted to provide feedback through the IHOP site, but unfortunately the survey code printed at the bottom of our receipt was not valid on the site for whatever reason. Basically our food was ok, nothing outstanding or horrible, but not quite the quality we remembered. We were disappointed to find out that they have changed the crepes menu but realize that is a corporate thing. Another person besides our waitress brought our drinks to our table, spilled them as she set them down, walked off to bring our 4th drink and never offered to clean the table. We seemed to be waiting a little longer for our food, but really weren't too concerned until our waitress brought our check because the manager told her we needed it. Our waitress assumed that someone else had brought us our food when they had not. It didn't seem like they were overly busy for her to not remember. We were pretty much done eating and she asked if we needed refills on our drinks.

Server at the door tried to sit us down at the only dirty table out of 4 of them and then acted like we should be ok with it. Food was very undercooked and bland. I would not eat here!!

The food here’s fine, but the management is snarky and I don’t trust their customer service. I commented that their crepe dish was overpriced for the quality we received (one measly chopped up strawberry on four crepes for $12) and their reaction was to phone me on a Sunday afternoon and tell me that I was wrong to complain and to read the menu more closely in the future. Rationalizing bad service and dismissing feedback is not a very admirable management practice. I probably won’t be back.

Food was good, except my sister had to send her food back twice, once for it being cold, and another for finding a small piece of plastic in her food. Thankfully the manager fixed the issue and was very apologetic.
