Got a carryout here in GA. $51 worth of food and they only made half of it. Then confused my name with someone else’s because they both started with a K. I dont know what that had to do with giving me what is on my receipt. That other person had a whole different receipt. Then they made up a reason to not give me a refund because its Sunday. So now that I complain about IHOP not being able to refund food that they didnt make, they finally refund it. But its going to take 3 business days because they put on the refund that I just didnt want my food. Not that they never made all of it. I ordered over $50 worth of food, you make $20 and no one sees an issue with this

I am sitting at the Dayton, OH Huber heights location. I have been seated for 10-15 mins and still have not been addressed or approached to offer me and my child a drink. This is ridiculous when I see multiple people around me being served . Then I was told “I don’t think she saw you guys sitting here, she’ll be with you in a min, it’s still sitting here until I asked who was coming to serve me. I wasn’t even served by the waiter of the section. Please do better with service.

Only one person doing all of these jobs and I’m assuming who was the manager just chilling on her phone. Sat there with empty drinks almost the whole time me and the person I was with. Never stood around long enough to ask for anything. The food was gross for how much money it was. Won’t be back :)
Everytime we order food and our order is sent to this iHop location, it is a HORRIBLE experience. No one should have to wait almost 2 hours on a food order. Not to mention, the food is always wrong and not what we ordered. The employees are also very rude!

IHOP is a joke. They were out of milk and out of their chocolate cake. I ordered biscuits and gravy and the biscuits were flat, store bought, English muffins. Gravy wasn’t good at all. I rolled my eyes when I arrived at the TA Truck stop and saw it had an IHOP. Not a single IHOP is worth the money. Wish TA would bring back their own restaurants. Food was much better.

I'm giving 5 stars because, they did everything they could, even if they were in the middle of the shift changing, and the food was really good. Good place to stop for travelers.

Walked in sat down took my drink order. 15 minutes later got a drink. Had to wait to place my food order as apparently shift change takes 20 minutes. So no cook for 20 minutes?! Got my food. Food was good. Here's where I have a problem... my glass went empty, I sat my glass at the end of the table she walked by it 6 times and 20-30 minutes later drops the check off then 10 minutes later asks if I need anything..... another glass of tea please! At this point half my meal was cold since I had stopped eating because my mouth was dry. Needed a beverage to keep eating. Then I payed and I tipped 15% due to bad service I normally tip 30% or more. As soon as she picked up the check and didn't see the tip amount she wanted she was all done stopping at my table not that she was doing a good job at that to begin with. Pathetic service. Wasn't even busy. Was just me for quite a while. Then 5 other people (3 tables) walked in.
