We went to the Menifee CA I HOP and at 6pm my husband ordered a steak dinner and it was not until we ordered that we were told they had NO vegetables but he could order a salad. When the salad came it was lettuce piles of chopped tomatoes and many slices of red onion. I asked if they had croutons and was told no. The mashed potatoes were a child size portion. I ordered a chicken quesidilla which was the least amount of cheese I have seen sprinkled on the tip of a stale tortilla, burnt poblano and red bell peppers. I tried to use pan coins on a child's meal and I told him I had opened it and that the code was there and he said no he insisted on doing it again and then there were 2 kids meals and he said oops sorry they don't refund it even though he made a mistake. I told him I had lost over 150 pan coins because when ever we try to use it the "system" is down. He offered no way to fix it and told me I could only use one. This was not the first multiple errors or bad food we have had at this location. We will not go back.

They recently decided to discontinue the gluten free pancakes. The only reason I went, their response to my questioning about why is hopefully you will find something else! Lol, there is no other reason to go to the international house of pancakes. 🙄 I know they won't miss me, but I hope they lose a lot of business over this.

We had a wonderful experience at the IHOP in Orlando Universal Studios. Food was great and the service and hospitality was outstanding. I want to especially compliment Mimoun-Chouikhi for his incredible hospitality but also for his kindness. We had accidentally left our wallets in the hotel and he was so kind to let my husband run back and get his wallet. I was not feeling well and he let both of us go. He didn't make us feel bad. That kind of hospitality needs to be celebrated. That interaction made us IHOP fans for life.

I worked at Lexington nc ihop before but I had to quit due to some personal reasons bc I had just had a baby end of April and started at the end of June so I had to leave due to personal issues and I called back November 2025 to reapply and the had told me “never call about working here again bye” and that’s discrimination against employeeemnt and I had issues before when I worked there and when I was hired I clearly stated I would be slow at first bc I’d just had a baby and need to go slow bc of having a baby i was a minor at the time now I’m a adult and I would recommend working at ihop in Lexington nc they are very discriminatory

Came to the Fond du Lac, WI location at 11:40am, found the place about 50% capacity. Yet it took over 5 minutes before any employees came to the front desk to seat me, then another 10 minutes before they took my order, and it's been around 45 minutes since placing my order and I still haven't received my order. I'm about ready to walk out and go to McDonald's since they actually serve food.

My last two experiences at IHOP (not this location) were terrible. I haven’t eaten here in years but today I had no other option so I decided to have breakfast. I was so surprised this IHOP at the TA in OKC is spotless and the waitress is so nice and awesome. I ordered a shredded beef poblano omelette with a stack of pancakes. It was delicious. IHOP has redeemed itself. Maybe the quality depends on the location and the management.

Just finished eating but had to leave a good message. My server's name is Sasha and she did an extremely great job! She anticipated my every need before I even needed it, kept my topped off, took special care to make sure my food was prepared perfectly, and was very friendly on top of it. I asked for the manager to relay that same message to her. This is the type of service I like at any eatery, and the absolute best at IHOP. There was another woman, a black woman who wasn't even my server but was friendly and spoke as she passed by. She definitely passed the vibe check as well. I didn't see her name tag but cheers to her as well since I wasn't even her customer. Qm

Recently visited the Ihop on 5076 Lakeland Drive Flowood Mississippi cost was $15 for 3 pancakes 🥞 and a glass of diet Pepsi. Unfortunately, the service was poor, with an excessive wait time of almost an hour for our order. Moreover, the restrooms were dirty and unacceptable.

We had a bad experience where there were problems with the food and when we complained the servers were downright rude.
I spoke to the manager on the phone Scott Stazzone who insured us that the issue would be rectified by refunding the meal.
It was never done
This is not good business practice as we were insured by the manager it would be done.

Poor customer service. No one on the floor to seat customers. Only one lady running around with rude attitudes. Im here back to try this place after a year of my previous review, however nothing has changed been waiting to be seated for 25 minutes. No one is even on the counter or on the floor. Im a regular customer to IHOPE All over America. This is the worst

First off your hostess was a sweetheart & so was our waiter. But, the food was HORRIBLE!!! I asked for American cheese & whatever your cook put on there WASN'T it!! I ordered an omelet with American cheese, bacon, & jalapeño. The was 🤢🤢, the peppers were too tough to eat, & so was the bacon. I had 3 bites & the waiter asked me if I wanted a to go box. Ummmm no thanks!! Still paid for it though, don't worry I didn't ask them to comp it. Although I should have!!! And please don't reply your little copy & paste link that doesn't work 😕
