Inaka Sushi & Bar (Casady Square)

This is the best hibachi place in town! I will be a new regular! The atmosphere was amazing, the device was great! The food was PHENOMENAL!!! I ordered the shrimp hibachi dinner and a side of harumaki, everything was fresh and made to perfection! I will recommend this place to anyone!!

Update 7 years later. This is still some mid-level sushi but for some of the items’ prices I find myself returning every once in a while. They’ve improved. I can’t speak about the decor or service but take-out is solid mid.

I was served stale, hard shrimp tempuras which was overpriced ($9) and soggy, disgusting salmon rolls. The textured felt like dough and the server kept taking too long to check on me because she was too busy talking. Save yourself some money and don’t go to this place. I’ve eaten sushi from japan and the sushi here is terrible compared to it. Go someplace else.

A lovely little sushi bar. The menu had a very nice variety of both sushi and other hot dishes. The waitress we got was also very kind and attentive. I feel like the food I got was well worth the money. They start you off with a nice complimentary fresh cucumber salad, an appetizer for under 10 bucks, and then one of their sushi combo meals for 20 bucks which comes with plenty of sushi, a salad, and miso soup. Ended up taking half of the sushi home. All in all, a lovely experience. Definitely a new favorite place of mine.
