Industry is hands down one of the best places around. The atmosphere is amazing, but what really stands out is how personal they make every experience. They genuinely take the time to know your name, remember you, and make you feel welcome every single visit. That kind of customer service is rare these days. I keep going back every 6 months or so and giving Industry another chance but I think I am done. I feel like the servers are more concerned with how they look and flirting with customers than they are taking care of their tables. I joined some friends that were already seated and it took 15 minutes for the server to acknowledge me. I had to ask for water, a napkin, utensils, etc. Water was forgotten so had to ask again. And then...the $11.49 small basket of cheese curds are...
