My experience at this Insomnia Cookies was extremely pleasant, the cookies were phenomenal! The service was incredible, I was helped by Dylan and he was extremely nice and helpful. I have never been more pleased with an employee interaction, definitely will be going back to this Insomnia!

Great cookies but they use DoorDash and don’t tell you and have them pick up multiple orders after telling you it will be delivered directly to you. I got a text 30 minutes after it said it left the shop to say they had an order before me and they’re on the way. I asked to cancel they said I’d have to do it so I called insomnia cookies they said I had to call DoorDash what a nightmare I will never order from here again
Completely got my delivery order wrong then wouldn’t answer the phone to help me fix the order.

The lady I was on the phone with was so rude to me, she called to let me know they didn’t have two things that we ordered so we were trying to figure out what else we could get in replace…the whole time she was very dismissive and sounded annoyed. I was in the middle of asking her a question, she then proceeded to hang up. The interaction was unpleasant and unprofessional.
