Great cookies but they use DoorDash and don’t tell you and have them pick up multiple orders after telling you it will be delivered directly to you. I got a text 30 minutes after it said it left the shop to say they had an order before me and they’re on the way. I asked to cancel they said I’d have to do it so I called insomnia cookies they said I had to call DoorDash what a nightmare I will never order from here again

The lady I was on the phone with was so rude to me, she called to let me know they didn’t have two things that we ordered so we were trying to figure out what else we could get in replace…the whole time she was very dismissive and sounded annoyed. I was in the middle of asking her a question, she then proceeded to hang up. The interaction was unpleasant and unprofessional.
Michael in the downtown location is awesome! I walked in to a clean store and Michael greeted me in a very welcoming way! I was picking up a door dash order but Michael made that experience so GREAT, I had to leave a nice review! Thank you!

Ordered online and didn’t even get my cookies correct . The lady who answered wanted to act like I was in the wrong for leaving without checking. Sorry I didn’t know getting six cookies would be so difficult to get correct or I would have. Told me they issued me a refund and NEVER got it!!! Will be calling corporate today.

Says it opens at noon. Sitting outside at 12:10, worker has headphones on ignoring customers outside. Tried to call, rang forever. Cookies are delicious but only if you make a sale.

heard good things about this place, went in for dessert after a date night with my husband, and was ABSOLUTELY disappointed. i got a brownie, with 1 scoop of ice cream, and my hubby got a cookie with 1 scoop of ice cream. spent $20. both brownie and cookie were hard as a rock. NOT warm and fresh like advertised. ice cream didn't even have flavor. will definately not be going back.

Went in looking for a cookie cake last minute. They just happened to have one that was made by accident. This cookie cake sure didn't taste like an accident. Literally feel like you can go into a chocolate coma, but in the best way possible. The best chocolate cookie I've ever eaten. Service was top-notch. Highly recommend this place.

So, I know times have changed since some of the comments were posted. But it was the pictures and what people said about this place that made me want to try it. So this was my first and my time going to this cookie place. I ordered online. Had no issues. I ordered 2 scoops of ice cream on a deluxe cookie. I was thinking for $10 I was going to get a good amount of ice cream on a good sized cookie(like some of the pictures I seen from people's past experiences) but I was wrong. When I got home and opened my "deluxe" cookie box, it was nowhere near the size of the pictures I saw from other people's posts. My 2 scoops of ice cream were both inside this small container together. For the size of the container, it should have been 1 scoop in it. Again, looking from others' pictures that have really good-sized scoops on top of the cookie they ordered. I did have my order to go, and that's why my ice was in a container. The cookie was ok. Nothing special. The ice cream was good. But because it was in a container together, I couldn't tell you how each flavor tasted. They were literally mixed together. I could have gone to braums and got 2 things of ice cream and a dozen cookies for the same price. Im very disappointed. Will not be returning.
