My friends and I love the cookies, they are incredibly tasty, warm, and soft. We went there after an OKC Thunder win and expected the wait to be longer than usual and we didn't mind! What we did mind was being completely ignored by the cashier and the length of time it took them to put the cookies in the box. The line moved so slowly, not because there were a lot of us, but because the staff was very inefficient. This made the whole ambiance a bit frustrating and people complained a lot in line and in the cookie waiting area. I will definitely get these cookies again but when in OKC, I'll be choosing a different sweet spot.

Parking availability was terrible. Some cookies you could tell were fresh, others were cold and slightly hard crust. Two workers weren’t in sync.Parking: The only parking is in a parking garage on side of building. If you aren’t familiar with the area you will most definitely miss it and have to take a spin around the block to come back.

Placed an online order, and their app is terrible. Order details say it was delivered, but then I get a text saying order is on its way. And I assumed it would be delivered by the store's own driver, but they use Doordash (which I absolutely hate because they have terrible security issues). And despite writing clear directions, the driver tried to call me (and I have my phone on silent and unknown numbers go directly to voicemail), but when I tried calling their number it wouldn't go through. But somehow the driver figured it out and delivered my cookies. Would've been nice if the box was in a bag, but he left it right on the floor.Despite all that, I am most disappointed with the cookies. I assumed they would arrive warm, but they were cold and greasy. In all honesty I only wanted to try them for the Final Fantasy VII Rebirth promo, but probably won't ever order from Insomnia ever again.

Cookies are good. Employees are not welcoming or very nice at all. The whole vibe inside is just.. weird and uncomfortable. And everything on their menu is ridiculously expensive but they don't take $100 bills. So that was frustrating. $16 for a pack of 6 regular cookies. Probably won't return.

Ordered cookies and they were all hard and old. Called them and the rude guy that answered tried to gaslight me by saying the cookies were delivered within their 15 minute warm limit, fine great whatever, but useless when you send out old cookies. All I got was a half return for cookies that taste terrible and crumble apart. I know they don’t need my business anyway, but I’m gonna switch to a different cookie delivery that cares what they send out.
