Not the best flavor. Staff was OK but not on point. Forks were bent and bruised the roof of her mouth. It just all around, wasn’t what we was expecting at all and feel like it could’ve been better.

The St Louis ribs are perfectly smoked. Their side dishes are unusual for a BBQ place and are outstanding.

I went on a Monday night for the first time. It was pleasantly quiet with some very light music on in the background. I’ll be coming back for sure.

I search for burnt ends everywhere I travel to and this place did not disappoint. Pulled pork was great as well. I ate it too fast to get a pic for this review. Server was very kind and the corn bread is outstanding as well.

Never had their food. They smelled amazing when I doordashed their food to someone. My mouth was watering. If they were more affordable I would have stopped there for dinner

What an incredible place!!! My boyfriend and I decided to drive from Shawnee to dine a BBQ place in OKC and boy were we satisfied!!! The portions were big, the service was phenomenal, and we got their banana pudding! It was one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had.

Where do I start? Went on a whim, got seated quickly, and I was drawn in by the pleasant atmosphere. Definitely played the line between a rustic, spot-in-the-road bbq joint and an urban setting.

The service? Top notch. Our server was kind, knowledgable about the various dishes, and checked on us regularly.

The food? Excellent. Get the pimento cheese appetizer, you won't be disappointed. The bbq was tender, and the 3 sauces they offered were all amazing and made in-house. And don't skip on the dessert. The banana pudding is the best.

We were in town for the day and needed lunch so searched for the best bbq in OKC. This restaurant came up as one of the best so we decided to try it. I ordered the 2 meat combo with brisket and burnt ends. The burnt ends were ok but the brisket was some of the driest brisket I’ve ever had. I had to use bbq sauce which is a cardinal sin in my book. I could barely cut it with a fork! We also ordered chili which I didn’t try but I heard no complaints about it and a pulled pork sandwich which I tried and liked way better. I did enjoy the collared greens, beans, and fried okra. Our waiter was very nice and took care of everything we needed. Overall it was ok but I hope that’s not the best OKC has to offer.

Love the place the food was so delicious and those brussels to die for! The queso is one of the best I've had.. and all the meat is so delicious.

Man, what a great place! I stayed in OKC for business for over ten days and ate here for five of them, seriously! The food was not boring and I tried almost everything over the course of a few days and it never once disappointed. Staff on point, food better than any five star I've eaten at and the atmosphere very welcoming and jubilant. What a fantastic place, I obviously can't say enough good things about it. Thank you Iron Star, until next TIME!!
