I used to love the curly fries you would get with your order they were amazing. The apple wood bbq was amazing and is not available anymore. I ordered last night and the fries are cold and the wings are just average at best. Looks like it is time for a new wing place :(

We ordered last night and not only were we shorted wings but the taste was awful. We’re so used to having a good experience at Chili’s, the restaurant these guys work out of we thought the taste would be okay. We were so wrong. We got Buffalo and Garlic Parmesan, and the taste was so off. Not totally inedible, but we had ordered saucy nuggets at Wendy’s last week and those were better taste wise for the sauces in comparison. Disappointed and wouldn’t try again.

I ordered garlic parmesan wings and received Buffalo garlic parmesan wings. I called the store about the issue and the manager got a attitude about the situation and hung the phone up on me. Then I went to the store about the issue the manager refused to help me with my wrong order. She refused to come out of the office and told the employees to tell me to come back another day and someone else could deal with the problem. This manager should be fired for treating customers in this manner that just want the correct food that was paid for. Now I have dinner in the trash and having to go spend more money to eat all because a manager refused to fix the problem.
After returning the second day the general manager was in and she was so wonderful and got the situation take care and I'm a now satisfied customer.

ordered a 32 piece and were not disappointed! got Nashville hot and santa fe. Nashville wasn't very hot but still tasty. wings were great size and cooked perfectly. so juicy. fries also good. just needed a tad more seasoning. 8 out of 10 will order again!

Just horrible! You could barely eat the wings. Overcooked and very tough. No flavor at all. The fries were like the bottom of the bag because they were in pieces. The food wasn't even hot. No!!!!
Just ordered wings for the Super Bowl..First time trying this place…in Boynton Beach,FL. Garlic Parmesan and Mild….we ate 2 wings a piece and that was it…worst wings we’ve ever had. Right in the garbage. If all you serve is wings,I don’t know how you stay in business.

Terrible experience. Wings had NO sauce. And our dry rub order was drowning in sauce. Fries were gross and inedible. Total waste of $30.
