Do NOT sit at the bar. I was the only customer at the bar. The upsell margaritas were not fresh and watered down. The food order was wrong and when Susie brought me the correct order, it looked like the bottom of the barrel. I received no utensils or condiments, and when I asked, I scrounged some from another table myself faster than she could be bothered to find them. Don't they check B4 serving? Please note: I WAS THE ONLY CUSTOMER AT THE BAR AT 3:3O IN THE AFTERNOON. Definitely not crowded. I sent the food back uneaten. The best the manager could offer is to remove the charge for the food I never touched (seriously?). He still charged me for the half drank marg. Incredulous. I think it was 100% bartender fault (amateur night), but the manager should have also removed the half-drank diluted margarita or given me an offer to return. Under current management, I won't be back. And this was supposed to be a birthday celebration. ?

Mediocrity is exactly what I got. Maybe a step below the King of Mediocrity... Cheddars. I got the Cajan Pasta. Why would I get a pasta dish at Chili's, which is a place that serves Southwestern syle cuisine? Beats me... after carefully scavengering over the menu for 10 mins, literally nothing looked appetizering. Therefore, I chose the item I would least likely be disappointed in. There is ZERO love put in the food. They dumped a bunch of corporate blandness and spite into it, whereas they earned a paycheck. That's not to knock the staff. They were good people and friendly. Service was good, and the food came out quickly. We all have to earn a living and you did your job well. Still, this place reaks of the smoke of Corporate Hell and the food tasted of uninspired mediocrity by the Robot Devil. Alas, it wasn't horrible, and it wasn't nothing to tell a stranger about. It was convenient, close to the hotel, and affordable; however, the further I get from the event, the more I wished I had taken the time to drive a few extra miles for something else. Score 5.0 out of 10.

Great service at the bar waiting for my online order, got the wings, and not any reflection of the people working there because it’s a chain witch is disguised on google, the chicken smells like burnt rubber, one bite is like eating a boot! Chilie’s you can do better!

When we arrived to check in there was a few cars in the parking area and only our car and another in the pick up area. We waiting a while after we checked in no one came out but we could see them sitting down. My husband finally went into get it instead and so did the car next to us. We had been traveling all day and made it back to the room with the food and it was cold, even though we could warm it up the chicken was dry, some pieces were too tough to chew on and some were NOT cooked all the way. The fries were over cooked it was hardly edible honestly.

We were staying at a nearby hotel. We wanted to be able to walk to a restaurant & this place was close. We were very surprised at the food being good & the level of service which was very good. We rarely go to any Chili's where we live because we have not had such good experience. It was a pleasant surprise. I had the Margarita chicken which was very good. My wife had the Quesadilla salad & liked it. Server was excellent. She came by several times to check on us. She took care of any special requests. Prices were average.

The last time I went to Chili's the service was bad and most of the tables were dirty. They wanted us to sit at a table that had not been cleaned. We told them we would find a clean table and after looking at five tables that had not been cleaned we left. They were not very busy. There was only about six people in the place. I have not been back. This was on the North side of OKC.
There food use to be so good now there food is so nasty me and my girlfriend order chicken Alfredo and the chicken was not done we had to recook it when we got home and they rush the food and not cook right when there real busy
