“Although I had to wait for my tacos, they were not hot. The tacos had been cooked ahead and then filled when I ordered them. I don't know how long they had been sitting there. The restaurant was not crowded when I got there but filled up fast. No reason for my food not to be hot and fresh. The restrooms were dirty. It took them 11 tries to unlock the door and let me in. THERE WERE NO LIGHTS IN THE RESTROOMS, MEN'S OR WOMEN'S ! I WAS TOLD TO USE THE FLASHLIGHT ON MY PHONE!! Do you know how hard that is for a woman? Not to mention that I am handicapped. I will not be going back to that restaurant!“
“I have not been to Jack in The box in 10 years and I'm not sure why I stayed away. There are so many options for food especially with the breakfast menu being available all day. The breakfast items are priced well and I always leave feeling stuffed afterwards. The owner of the store runs the register. I'm not sure if that's a common occurrence but it's been like that every time I have been to that location. He's very friendly. They have a Hi-Tech soda fountain and it is always working well vs some of the chains that have limited options or upkeep. This location has been my go-to place if I'm craving fast food.
The lobby always feels clean and maintained.
Parking: There seems to be enough parking but I always get confused about how to exit the location after I dine-in. This location coexists with several other fast food chains so it can be very busy during lunch.“
“They have new management! My husband and son love Jack in the Box but we tried not to go to this particular location due to how dirty it was and how slow they were. My husband went again and to our surprise the place looked so much cleaner, and the service was great! We realized it was because they are under new management.“
“I come here every so often for lunch and the food and service is always spot on. The speaker quality is also perfect and the people working are personable. The prices are low for what you get and that will also keep me coming back. Once they forgot 1 taco on my order- I went back thru the drive thru and they happily gave me 2. You do not get that kind of generosity at fine dining let alone fast food. I wish the owner of this location would open an Edmond location.“
