“Although I had to wait for my tacos, they were not hot. The tacos had been cooked ahead and then filled when I ordered them. I don't know how long they had been sitting there. The restaurant was not crowded when I got there but filled up fast. No reason for my food not to be hot and fresh. The restrooms were dirty. It took them 11 tries to unlock the door and let me in. THERE WERE NO LIGHTS IN THE RESTROOMS, MEN'S OR WOMEN'S ! I WAS TOLD TO USE THE FLASHLIGHT ON MY PHONE!! Do you know how hard that is for a woman? Not to mention that I am handicapped. I will not be going back to that restaurant!“
“Why can't all jack in the boxes be like this one? They never mess up my order, always friendly, and food is always awesome. I have to drive to this one when I'm closer to the one on May. Do not go to the one on May they are always out of stuff and are rude“
“This team is amazing. My mom just had spinal surgery and felt terrible. All she wanted was a chocolate shake. The young man in purple was phenomenal. He was kind, patient, and provided outstanding customer service. He took time to make sure she was settled and made sure to bring her food to the table when ready. The whole team was busy, but they handled the rush with teamwork and positivity. Thanks for a great experience. You'll be our go to lunch spot when we are in town!“
“Tiny tacos, jumbo Jack, teriyaki bowl, etc, whatever you are craving they probably have and it'll, for sure, be good. The staff are usually pretty friendly. As with most fast food restaurants, they are usually as friendly as the previous customers, co-workers, and managers treated them that day. 😃 😊“
