Jack in the Box in Oklahoma City

“I just wanted to highlight one of the employees at this location. I believe her name is Robin E, the few times I’ve been in store or the drive-thru I have had interactions with her and she is ALWAYS so pleasant and friendly. I don’t believe I’ve ever seen her without a smile and positive attitude. She definitely needs a raise. She is what makes an amazing customer service experience!“

“Although I had to wait for my tacos, they were not hot. The tacos had been cooked ahead and then filled when I ordered them. I don't know how long they had been sitting there. The restaurant was not crowded when I got there but filled up fast. No reason for my food not to be hot and fresh. The restrooms were dirty. It took them 11 tries to unlock the door and let me in. THERE WERE NO LIGHTS IN THE RESTROOMS, MEN'S OR WOMEN'S ! I WAS TOLD TO USE THE FLASHLIGHT ON MY PHONE!! Do you know how hard that is for a woman? Not to mention that I am handicapped. I will not be going back to that restaurant!“

“My husband & ate here after a procedure where he had to fast.
We had never eaten at a Jack in the Box.
I ordered the Chicken Teriyaki Bowl that came with an Egg Roll & sweet & sour sauce.
Was very hot & delicious.
I would for sure order it again.
Husband ordered the Cluck (chicken) Sandwich with Fries.
His sandwich & Fries were hot as well.
If we get the chance we’ll definitely eat at one again.

“Service was really very professional and fast. I’m used to fast food places lacking good service. This place was a pleasant surprise. The area it sits in has a ton of homeless nearby which concerned me when we arrived but it didn’t hinder the experience. The food was great. I had the fried chicken wraps and they were perfect. This is only my second time eating at Jack in the box and I really think I’ve found new favorite fast food establishment. Being over 60 I’m a little surprised it has taken me this long to replace McDonald’s.“
